Around 2PM my wife called asking "I wondered when my laundry will be done" which seemed like a pretty simple question, "What?" She asked, I repeated myself and again "What?".. 3 times I had to repeat myself before she replied "I don't know when your laundry will be done" in a sarcastic tone. Um okay I guess calling the dry cleaners asking when my laundry would be done is a bizarre question. Anyways we went in and there was an older woman with tattoos who was much better, I got my laundry, and yet again the price was even higher than the two girls said. Called the cleaners immediately explaining what had happened and left a message for owner. I called back two days later since he did not return my call. He basically said they were not responsible for shrinkage and they washed all curtains the same. I told him I asked they be dry cleaned. He did no understand why them being too short would be a problem, he was not responsible and he already lost money because I had demanded they be redone, and he hung up on me. The second time was just like the first. - Arrived at agreed time and texted update enroute - All employees clean cut, professional and respectful of our home and our contents - Efficient in use of time and packing space in trucks and in storage Same goes for the office. They recognized me (caller ID?) as a past user of their service and warmly greeted me. Then I walked them through what they would be moving, when, where from and to and they gave me an estimate for 2 trucks and 5 people. Very thorough and professional. The job went perfectly and due to our packing and prep as well as their expediency, and efficiency, the move was complete in much less time than the estimate.
