Usually well staffed. For the staff, they are friendly when you converse with them as people, and not employee's. They deal with a lot, it's always nice to get a smile from them when you ask about their day or just make some small talk that's not about work. It really makes the experience better for both of us. Place is big. Always clean. Staff is very helpful.

I brought my birth certificate, Social Security cards in both my married and maiden names, my out-of-state license, Texas auto insurance, vehicle registration, and my divorce decree showing my legal name change. I was told I could not be issued a license because I didn't bring my marriage certificate, even though my divorce decree clearly shows my married name and legal name reversion. The office was nearly empty, yet there was no effort to help resolve the issue after I had traveled such a long distance for the appointment. Very frustrating experience.

They have live animals around too, so the farm part of their name is not a joke! While I was a little bummed I had to drive all the way here from Dallas, it ended up not being a bad thing. We tried to clean up the best we could, but Kip's overnight bag was stolen by a lot lizard at the Texaco, so he had to wear my Calvin Klein's, three sizes too small the rest of the way home. Freckles was drenched in #2, so we stuck her in back in her cage, where she immediately set to screaming for the rest of the ride. It was under these circumstances, Kip trying not to barf because he is sensitive to smells, that we had to drive the last one hundred fifty miles. We got pulled over in Itasca, and the cop gave us a ticket for going 8 over. Sorry I was a little heavy on the gas, officer. I didn't want my hubby back to rehab with another bout with bulimia onset by puking his guts over I-35. Thanks for the empathy. I hope Itasca got a new dirt road with my money.

This tree was standing when that home was built. The tree is reportedly over 500 years old and was landmarked by the Forestry Service to prevent the demolition of the tree in a proposed project to widen the road.
