    After using this company when we moved to SoFL less than a year ago I knew who to call for our unit…read moretransfer. We had such a positive experience last time that I did not want to use any other company so I only called them. Danny was my contact and he was very professional and easy to work with. (I'm pretty sure he moved us last time.) This time I only spoke to Danny on the phone and through email. My move date was delayed and he was very flexible with me when I had to cancel 30 mins before my move and reschedule. I rescheduled with him for 2 days later and I knew my move was going to going to be a breeze. MOVING DAY- Danny contacts me to make sure we are still a-go. He tells me the crew will be here around 1. I hadn't heard anything so I called to confirm. He notifies me that they will be over soon as they are finishing with an earlier move. No problem- I was busy moving everything little. 2PM comes and goes and finally at 2:50 the 3 guys show up. I was told 4 guys would come but it wasn't a big deal as we didn't have a lot to move. PAYMENT- The "main" guy out of the 3 asked up front how I would be paying and that he preferred cash. Check? No Card? Yes Oh and tip is "PREFERRED!" After figuring out that I will pay with card and tip with check since I had no cash, they began. While the guys begun I was also continuing to move little stuff and organizing that the 2 hours flew by and they were finished. Towards the end I noticed a scratch on my coffee table and confronted the "main" guy about it. Our furniture is new and we are extra careful with it so when a new scratch, blemish, or dust particle touches it I see it immediately. He said there was NO way that they could of done it. We went back and forth about it- he wasn't backing down so I figured I would let my husband resolve the issue if need be. Later that night while organizing and cleaning all the furniture they moved because their finger prints were on EVERYTHING! I noticed dings and scratches on 4 pieces of my furniture. Nothing a wood pen can't fix but that isn't the problem. I shouldn't have to fix dent, scratches, or dings from a moving company. These guys are suppost to be professionals and take care of other peoples furniture. Nothing was wrapped or placed on blankets. I was only moving one building over and was all inside but protecting my furniture should be key. One of them also transferred my storage unit to a new closer one and I advised him to put it organized like it was in the old one. After discovering the disaster that everything was just thrown in there and stacked on top of fragile things~ that was the icing on the cake. I will never use this company again or recommend them. I don't know what happened as explained I used them less than a year ago and it was a great! BEWARE!

    I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this moving company and would…read morestrongly caution others before booking. I paid a $100 deposit, electronically signed the estimate they sent, and fully disclosed key details before booking, including that the move involved stairs and that the elevator at the destination building was out of service. These details were discussed directly with their representative (Tony) prior to the move date. Despite this, when the movers arrived, they attempted to impose additional charges on site that contradicted what had been discussed and agreed to. When I refused to approve unauthorized charges ($400), the movers left the job site without completing any work and without notifying me that they were leaving. Afterward, the company claimed the move was canceled due to "site conditions" and alleged inappropriate behavior, which was never documented at the time and only raised after I disputed the situation. They later confirmed in writing that they canceled the move and provided no services, yet still refused to refund the $100 deposit. What's most concerning is: * No written change order was provided * No formal cancellation notice was given at the time * No services were rendered * The deposit was kept despite the company canceling the job Instead of taking responsibility, the company shifted explanations multiple times and relied on technical language about estimates and policies after the fact. That was after they decided not to answer my calls and dodge me. This experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and unfair. A moving day is stressful enough, having a company show up, attempt to change the price, and then walk away without notice is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent mover.
