My only complaint is that after weighing the ingredients a few items got dropped out of the saucepan. That defeats the purpose of carefully measuring everything, and it makes the customer feel like they got less than what they paid for. Otherwise fine.

Couple days later I put in an online order for delivery and I needed to change the delivery time a whole day in advance. When I called I recognized her voice and knew it was the same lady. I began asking if she could communicate in English and she said "no bye" and hung up. Not even an attempt to communicate or even a chance for me to try French. Unbelievable. She definitely fits the stereotype of rude French Canadians that hate you if you don't speak French.
