She has an amazing ear--she can identify what you're doing incorrectly--even while appearing to be consumed by her phone!! Actually, she uses her phone so as not to stare at you and make you self-conscious. Make know mistake: she hears! Plus she has a wicked sense of humor! *As for me, I am a middle-aged male amateur who is pursuing singing for recreation (~karaoke), but I have above average music knowledge--just not in the area of voice. I've seen signs about this place but hadn't heard too much about it. One weekend day she was frustrated at a problem and I was no help so I figured let's try it! Well it was the best thing. We have met with Jason and he's a really good tutor. I sat in the waiting room for the first meeting and I liked how he directed her to the answer instead of just giving her the answer. We will definitely be using this place more for both of my kids advanced math classes in high school. Thank you Jason!
