Dr. Connor was absolutely amazing. First off, the office was spacious and was met by his adorable dog, Parker. I came in with headache issues and instead of giving me just a run-of-the-mill adjustment, he did a full assessment, head to toe of my body. He was able to identify what may be causing my headaches and after one adjustment, I haven't had one since! Can't recommend enough. read more

Dr. Liz Farrell is AMAZING! She truly cares about her patients & is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I did a craniosacral session with her & received an amazing & detailed treatment. I was recently in a car accident. She reviewed my MRIs, took notes then went into a detailed evaluation of my spine etc. I learned so much about my own body & where things were blocked or stagnant, such as what was blocking the CSF from flowing, as well as that I had a tongue tie, & received incredible treatment. Dr. Farrell is in this work to really help people & you can tell! Thank you! read more

I've seen Dr. Liz for over a year. I initially went to see her due to my runner's knee. From the first appointment she explained how the pain in my knee affected other parts of my body. From that initial session we started to work on various parts of my body, my feet, IT band, lower back, neck arm. I felt immediate relief from all the various pressure points after seeing Dr. Liz. Her holistic technique to her practice made things more approachable for me. I highly recommend Dr. Liz to anyone who is struggling with pain. Specifically to anyone who is intimidated by "regular" chiropractors who are ready to crack you into place and or offer quick fixes. read more

If you're searching for the best massage in San Diego, look no further. In fact you should probably stop stressing about it and book an appointment right now. You won't regret it. I have been going to Pacific Wellness Massage Therapy for about 3 years and Kristin White is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She is professional, highly skilled, kind and clearly passionate about what she does. She stays up to date on new therapies and has many years of experience. Her website is easy to use and she is reliable; she has not once cancelled an appointment on me. She has worked me through specific injuries with careful focus and patience. Rather than isolating the area of pain, she is able to connect the dots, helping me to understand how other areas of the body, habits and prior trauma are related. She is also adept at deep tissue, Swedish and sports massage and offers use of CBD oil if preferred. Her studio is peaceful and inviting. The unique decor, lighting and mindful selection of essential oils create a positive and calm environment. As a person, Kristin also has this effect. Her contagious laugh, empathy, warmth, open mindedness and innate ability to listen always make me leave on an high note. Additionally, some friends and I recently hired Kristin for an in-home tutorial on massage techniques. Even as a medical practitioner, I am constantly impressed with her knowledge about anatomy, musculoskeletal injuries and preventative care. She was an excellent instructor and helped us learn a variety of skills for relaxing massage. We really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot but definitely have a long way to go. For that reason I am happy to leave it to the experts and continue to see Kristin regularly :) read more

I have seen 3 chiropractors and Dr. Elizabeth is my favorite. She is smart, kind, and a great listener. She works soft tissue and does adjustments. I always leave feeling so much better. My favorite adjustments are when she works my neck and shoulders. She has opened up my hips and this has improved my soccer abilities. I have seen her for 6 months and I keep coming back. She even helped an old ankle injury. read more

If you are looking for a massage therapist that really listens to your needs and concerns, Sarah is the best. I have been recovering from a leg injury and also suffer from edema. Her massages really help loosen me up and really help with lymphatic drainage of my lower legs. I'm a sucker for a good deep tissue and she is amazing! She really understands my body and always knows the areas that need more attention. The fact that I leave there seeing instant relief with my edema is beyond me, but whatever she does is working!!! Sarah is a true gem and I know when I go to her, my money does not go to waste! Thank you again and again Sarah! read more

If I could give more stars I would. Kristin white from Pacific Wellness is hands down the best and most professional massage therapist I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Apart from being such a welcoming presence she has a true wealth of knowledge, understanding and skill in her field. I had heard that she had worked on Tiger Woods and Kelly Slater and couldn't believe she had a practice right here in Pacific Beach. When I booked my first massage with Kristin she took the time to discuss all the issues I had been dealing with and really understood what I was struggling with. She immediately took care of the issues with my shoulder and neck but also explained me it related to the way I held my posture and showed it to me by touching the relevant trigger points around my hip area. The relief I felt after my first massage with her has kept me coming back ever since and I really hope she won't leave San Diego anytime soon!! read more

5 months postpartum and this massage was way overdue! I am beyond positive, without a doubt, that this massage was the BEST massage I've received. The motions of her technique were so fluid and body numbing. She worked all of my mommy knots in my shoulders and lower back. I honestly feel like I'm walking in a brand new body, it's great! Kristin's personality was friendly and inviting. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I had known her for many years prior. Her studio was so peaceful and had a very relaxing vibe. I've already made my next appointment! So so good! read more

FIVE STARS FOR KRISTIN! The absolute BEST massages I've ever had. Kristin is very professional, sincere, kind and she is truly concerned about any and all my needs, aches and pains. She listens to me about what's going on with my back and neck, my main problem areas, and always works wonders on them. She applies just the right amount of pressure and works out the stiffness in my neck and works out the knots in my back. This last massage was the best. I woke up the next day with no pain in my back. I felt refreshed and ready to take on the day. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face knowing I'm in good hands, literally. Dr. Karley is one of those chiropractors you hear about, but never think you'll be lucky enough to find. She rocks! In the first hour session she taught me so much about my body and posture, released muscles that had never been given attention, did a few adjustments, recommended activities for my lower back pain, and more. I felt that everything was sanitary and safe amidst COVID. She was incredibly nice and enthusiastic. I already have noticed relief in my lower back pain and am looking forward to continuing improvement. I'm very happy I found her and 10/10 would recommend to others. read more

So thankful I found Dr. Liz. As a long-time ballerina with scoliosis transitioning to a desk job, I recently found myself with some shoulder pain that I couldn't seem to get rid of. I've been to many chiropractors since being diagnosed with scoliosis, unfortunately including some that didn't spend much time working with me, blamed a lot of my pain on "tight muscles" and seemed to give up. Dr. Liz is not one of those chiropractors! She does a fantastic job of explaining her treatment as she goes, and combines chiropractic, physical therapy & massage techniques to get you feeling better! In just a few visits, I felt so much better and was able to make changes to how I sit at work, how I stretch, and even how I breathe to relieve the tension in my neck/shoulder. Highly recommend seeing her for chiro! read more

Just had a massage with Sarah, she is phenomenal. I asked for a relaxing massage and she definitely listened. Thank you

Dr. Karley is amazing! I have never been to a chiropractor before, so I didn't know what to expect but I love everything we have been doing so far. Dr. Liz is the best! I was getting the run around from other practices before I decided to schedule an appointment with her. She not only took care of my lower back symptoms including sharp pain, sciatica, and muscle tightness but she takes the time each visit to show me new methods, stretches and exercises for preventative measures and they always help maintain our progress. I have been seeing her regularly since the first of the year and will continue. I took about a month off for a vacation in Europe and had some very mild symptoms return due to traveling and long periods of sitting on airplanes--went right back in and am back to feeling great. Always a great experience! read more

After being in a car accident and refusing to see a chiropractor, I gave in and found Dr. Liz. She was close to where I worked and it was very convenient for me to just walk there before work. Let me tell you, I've never been to a chiropractor before but after my visit with Dr. Liz, I never knew how much the sessions helped me! After the accident, I had pain on my left shoulders and the left side of my neck from someone ramming their car into mine while I was parked! Since I'm a hairstylist, it was so hard for me to do a 6 hour shift and feeling the pain while raising my arms all day, but gradually seeing Dr. Liz, I'm back to where I was.. I'm back to finally being able to lift at the gym again and working all day with minimal pain. I would recommend Dr. Liz to anyone who's been in an accident or has reoccurring pain. She'll help you understand your body more and give you exercise tips to help your well being. I've learned so much from her and I can't thank her enough for really taking the time to make me feel comfortable and just feel good all around. I can't wait for my future sessions with her! read more

Dr. Liz is awesome! I was lucky enough to find her in 2013 when I was recovering from an injury and I have kept up regular visits with her ever since. She allows time in each visit for an attentive assessment of any problems or issues and prescribes at-home exercises to do in between adjustments. I have had several chiropractors in the past but the compassion and knowledge Dr. Liz shares with her patients is truly unparalleled. She works very hard to not only address physical issues, but also to educate her patients a little bit more each visit. I have learned an enormous amount from her over the years and I can't thank her enough! read more
