We met with multiple contractors for an estimate on our backyard but we decided to go with SanZoe. At first I was a bit apprehensive as I often rely on Yelp for referrals and SanZoe didn't have any reviews. Gerlin (owner) came out a few times as scheduled and we liked how prompt he was and reasonable compared to most estimates we received. He showed us picture of his current and previous projects and they looked professional so we decided to go with SanZoe. We also like to support new start-ups and local businesses. I highly recommend SanZoe! These are the before and after photos of our yard.

Couldn't slow down couldn't wait. It was literally within an inch of our mirror. If that's the way, they treat the general public. I can't imagine how they would treat their customers. You need to learn how to drive safely and not insanely. You're being late to get somewhere or wanting to drive faster is not everybody else's problem. Would never ever recommend these people based on this one 10 second experience with this company. There are consequences to driving people off the road or attempting to these days through social media.

Sergio was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to our questions and requests. We basically shared Pinterest pictures of bathrooms that we liked and he helped us customize each piece. Smaller materials we were able to choose from Lowes.com, and larger materials, he shared with us as samples in person. His team was mindful of COVID concerns and wore masks in the house. They were able to come in through the garage and we had very little interaction throughout the day. If we had questions or concerns with any fixtures purchased or scrap materials left in the garage, Sergio was quick to address. We would love to have Constructsy re-do our master bathroom after COVID is less of a concern. They did amazing work and we've received so many compliments already!

Our driveway had been left for likely 10 years and had started to gently disintegrate (lots of…read moreloose gravel coming out of the surface. Having recently moved to the house I felt it prudent to treat the top coat as a preventative measure rather than surprising myself with some really ugly bills down the road (pun intended). Our neighbor looked like they had recently top coated their drive so I asked for a recommendation. The next day they sent a note to their contractor who pinged H&W. The same day Larry the owner rang me not once but twice and left a voicemail. We spoke and within 48hrs he was at our property measuring up and taking through the various options. This was just last week and after delivering a competitive bid, we decided based on our neighbors satisfaction to give them a whirl. Monday they cleaned the drive and, Wednesday was the 1st coat and Thursday the 2nd. Larry was present on both application days, he called last night to explain his guys would pop up this morning and ensure the driveway was usable and to remove the cones and subsequently called and gave a thumbs up to the job. As any FYI we lived on a private mountain road and had the onus of road maintenance for the last 22yr and so I'm very happy to say that the finish and attention to detail from H&W is second to none and highly recommend them

Larry did manage to come out and give me a quote back in Aug., but since then we've had very little contact. I call his cell (the voicemail is always full), I text (he's replied exactly three times to a total of 12 texts I've sent him since Aug. 2019, and one of those was right now after I told him I'd be giving him/his company a bad review). Even in this latest text he says he's 3 - 4 weeks out. This is a second home for us and we live out of state. Working out the logistics (time off work, pet boarding, airline tix...) means we need some notice of when the work might start. For all these reasons, I would never recommend this business to anyone!

Our job was to remove existing linoleum and replace with tile including a tile baseboard in the kitchen. He was very thorough and removed several layers of linoleum, replaced soft boards, and replaced hardi backer board throughout. He took no shortcuts in the job. Grout lines are spot on, he went under all the appliances, and installed matching schluter finish. He moved and replaced all of the appliances and touched up the paint and matched as needed. I look forward to hiring Miguel's company again!

What can I say?! Miguel and Daniel are exceptional at their craft. We had a plumbing leak that…read morerequired our basement to be completely renovated. What began as a simple project just kept growing. We have a 1928 Spanish bungalow that required some major plumbing work. Daniel updated the main, plumbed a bathroom, replaced corroded drains in the second bathroom that were causing major issues (of which we were not aware of and saved us from a HUGE problem in the near future). Some electrical rewiring was updated in the basement. YAY! Within 1 week, the main and most of the plumbing is brand new with quality materials. Our basement is gorgeous! Miguel and Daniel constructed a new ceiling with all the plumbing hidden providing more height (raised the pipes), recessed lighting, additional light switches (modern with a remote), excellent carpentry, crown molding, created a finished storage closet which includes shelves for easy access, a new door jam and door with updated lighting within and added some special touches for ease, convenience and a curved ceiling to match the charm of rest of the house. Hector joined the team to do a detailed paint job. A lovely vinyl floor was placed to finish off the project. There were so many other things done by a professional, remarkable and talented team. Highly recommend Galvan's for professional and expert work. We shall be contracted Miguel for future projects to be certain. Thank you Miguel and Daniel for ALL your ideas and expertise in bringing this project together. We are so pleased and very happy!
