Before I knew it he began his procedures and adjusted where he felt needed to be. My pain went from a 8 to a 2 by the next day and completely gone by day 3. Using the Zone Technique, Frank not only helped me with my back pain, but he also recognized how things like ADHD and past trauma were affecting different areas of my body. What really stood out to me was how holistic his approach was. I didn't just leave feeling better physically -- I left with a better understanding of the connection between my body, mind, and overall well-being. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I had an actual game plan. Frank gave me a clearer path toward addressing these things holistically and moving forward in my life with intention and a plan for healing. If you've been dealing with chronic pain or feel like there may be deeper connections between what you're experiencing physically and emotionally, I highly recommend giving Frank a chance. His approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely focused on helping you move toward greater wellness. I'm incredibly grateful I found him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a different, more holistic approach to chiropractic care.

Not only did Dr. Nick listen to my concerns, but he also identified and treated the exact areas that needed attention. He was successful in helping me feel better and get back to doing what I needed to do. At the time, I was studying for the LSAT, which meant long days and even longer nights of studying. My neck and back became extremely stiff and tense. As a mom, paralegal, law student, notary public, and children's teacher at my church, I always have a lot going on! After my treatment with Dr. Nick, I was able to continue working, studying, and keeping up with my many responsibilities. I am truly grateful. The decompression machine has made a huge difference in relieving the pressure in my lower back. Nick is an excellent chiropractor who really listens and takes his time with you.
