Dr. Diego is very knowledgeable, listens and actually cares about his patients and wants their quality of life to improve holistically, which is hard to find! Front desk staff is very sweet and knowledgeable as well. And honorable mention Moose, such a good sweet boy! I had debilitating back pain before finding Dr. Diego, I am one month into seeing him 3 times a week, and I have little to no back pain now! Recommend coming to see Dr. Diego! read more

Dr. Diego is exceptional in patient care. He takes the time to assess and explain what's not in alignment and gives clear instructions on at home care. He checks in during office on whether you're following the at home exercise plan. He's firm yet kind when he reminds you that the atomic exercises are necessary for overall health and well-being and recovery process:) His office visits are always efficient and pleasant. Staff is super friendly and kind. Highly recommend! read more

I was really apprehensive at first going to a chiropractor.i had spent nearly 3 months prior doing physical therapy with minimal results. After two sessions with Dr. Diego Bignone I felt relief for the first time in almost a year. He continues to do amazing work and educating his patients throughout the process is really helpful. Very flexible office and receptionist are always welcoming and ready to set you up for a successful session. read more

Diego is a great chiropractor, I've been seeing him for about 6 months now. When I came in, was in lots of pain, and over the last 6 months he's helped me learn ways to keep myself in alignment. read more

This has been the best chiropractic experience! It's a total body approach with explanation, a plan, routine check ins. They are very efficient and friendly. I've seen progress in the 4 weeks I've been going. It will be a few month process as my issues have been going on for about 20 years, but I feel optimistic. A great practice and highly recommend! read more

Dr. Diego is fantastic -- helpful and knowledgeable. I absolutely love his approach to care. Admire his passion for his work and health as a whole. November 3rd I hurt my back really bad and could hardly do anything, just standing up was painful. A friend from church recommended I see a chiropractor and I found beach cities chiropractic who I was able to see the next day. They x-rayed me and gave me a rundown of what had happened and an adjustment. I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to do what I love anymore, but after the first two adjustments the pain was considerably less and I could stand and walk with ease. With each adjustment and paired with the exercises Dr. Diego gave me I was able to run a trail half marathon on Thanksgiving day with no pain. Now it's January 2nd and I was able to complete a solo marathon on the 1st with no pain. I'm blessed to have found Dr Diego and Beach Cities Chiropractic they've been huge in helping me get back on my feet and doing what I love. "but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Isaiah 40:31. God is good! read more

I've been going to Dr Bignone for a few years now. Before that, I had gone to a well known chain for sporadic chiro care. There is NO comparison between the two. Going to the other provider, it always felt very rushed and generic. There was no continuity of care, and I never felt like the on site doctors could properly address any issues due to time constraints. Going to Diego felt different from the very first visit. He took the time to do a proper intake, asked what my goals were, and offered multiple treatment plan options. He's also very personable - watching him interact with other patients, you can tell he puts effort into genuinely connecting with everyone. I have a bad habit of waiting too long between visits, which allows time for issues to creep up and start interfering with my daily life. And every time, he's been able to correct those issues, while also providing info on how to prevent them going forward. 10/10 recommend. read more

I have a great experience. Booking early morning or almost closing is pretty good we don't have to wait long. I have noticed my neck and shoulders feels a bit better but I have to be consistent with the stretches and neck correction. read more

The office and staff are amazing. I started seeing Dr. Diego following an accident that left me thinking life was going to be full of pain. Dr. Diego was caring and careful. He gave my care attention and helped me feel safe to pursue adjustments that could help reduce the pain and improve my function. In a little over a month I'm feeling back to myself before the accident. My care has looked like two til three visits a week, following helpful tips about posture and exercises to help stretch my neck/lower back. The office visits are quick and efficient. The staff are kind and always willing to help. They treat you like family. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor, but I'm thankful for Dr. Diego and his team!! read more

I love this office. It has the best staff, from the front desk to Dr.Daniel. I walked in with severe back pain and left with no pain. I'm sure to come back for the rest of my adjustment. read more

Dr. Diego is the best! He gave me my life back. I'd been suffering for severe neck pain and lower back. I was not able to sit for long periods of time, I couldn't sleep for more than 4 hrs without being in Pain. He adjusted my spine, neck pain and I am able to sleep. I continue to go for maintenance... Truly recommend his office very affordable and great service. read more

Initially went in with major lower back and hip pain that was negatively affecting everything- work, sleep, and just general quality of life. Doctor Diego performed his initial consultation and took his time explaining the x rays and his findings to me in a way that was easy to understand. While getting me situated with a wellness plan, I never felt pressured by the sales pitch, and I genuinely felt he could help me. In just a few weeks of treatment, my back and hip pain are gone, I'm no longer taking ibuprofen, and my sleep has drastically improved. The office staff- Lily & Hannah- are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; Moose is the best office dog; and Dr. Diego is kind, professional, and very good at what he does (and he's pretty cute too, just saying). 10/10 absolutely recommend read more

I went to Beach Cities Chiropractic after getting into a car accident after researching many other practices -- so glad I did. I was able to get seen pretty quickly and went through a thorough consultation with many questions to establish what discomfort I was experiencing, an x-ray, a quick overview how of our spine and its alignment affects our nervous system, and a plan/breakdown of treatment. He's really detailed in his explanation and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable to be in his care. He also hosts a workshop that promotes long-term wellness care. I found out that I'm in between phases of spinal degeneration, which was causing most of my discomfort. He showed me the x-rays and areas of concern, as well as a plan to improve or correct the misalignments. The stretches have definitely helped, as well as the adjustments have improved my posture, energy level, decreased my migraines/headaches and circulation in my arms and legs. He regularly checks in to see how I am feeling and will adjust accordingly, which I really appreciate. One time I was complaining about tightness in my shoulder so he added a new movement, which helped immediately. His office staff is extremely attentive, helpful, patient and friendly! The office space is always really clean and organized. :) I appreciate that they are flexible in rescheduling appointments and make it really easy to do so as well. I highly recommend people to give this place a chance! read more

Over the past 15 years, I've worked with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and neurologists in search of relief from chronic pain and nerve damage. The moment I stepped into Dr. Diego's office, my healing journey truly began. When I first came in, I was experiencing sharp pain from simple movements--reaching into the back seat triggered muscle spasms, and I couldn't even wave or jokingly flip my twin sister off without discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Diego's care, I'm now stronger, able to dance choreography, do push-ups, and enjoy hobbies that require dexterity--like playing the flute and drum set--without pain. Beyond the pain relief, I've found that the adjustments have helped with so many other areas of my health. My palm sweatiness has greatly reduced, I have restored perception to touch/heat, and have noticed improved cognitive function/focus. I also have better posture, more confidence, and greater mobility! Dr. Diego is incredibly attentive and customizes each adjustment based on where I am that day. He listens carefully to how I'm feeling, and his adjustments are always tailored to target the areas that need attention most. Regular chiropractic visits have allowed me to substitute harsh medications and helped me maintain an active, fulfilling lifestyle. I've never been one to believe in medical "miracles," but truly, they happen. Dr. Diego has made an extraordinary difference in my life and uses X-ray's to track my individual progress over the years. He answers all my questions, takes the time to ensure my family feels comfortable (even translating in Spanish when needed), and has helped me reclaim a quality of life I didn't think was possible. I genuinely recommend him if you're committed to your health and want your nervous system functioning at its best. He's changed my life in ways I never expected. read more

Immediate pain relief! Dr. Bignone is great, explained what was going on with my joints, and gave me a magical adjustment!

Been getting adjusted by Dr.Diego for over 2years only chiropractor I trust with my issues very thankful for him.

I do not recommend Diego. I met Diego at a gym that he was doing a promo for exam/x-rays. Diego sold a plan stating I had problems in my neck&lower back that he could treat based on 3 sessions/week over the course of several months. I asked what I should be changing in my daily lifestyle as I go to the gym regularly am very active&involved in many physical activities. Diego told me he would tell me as I go along with my "treatments." Appointments were probably 3 minutes long. Throughout my check ins there were no improvements. I made that clear. Throughout the entire experience he never once told me what I should change in my daily routine. I attended all appointments, did every exercise exactly how instructed. One day I came in he had me do a consult with his massage therapist stating that based on results he'd give me advice on what I could do for my injuries. Turned out it was only a way for him to sell me a massage, didn't care about results once he realized I couldn't buy one due to my busy schedule. Towards end of treatment I found out I was suppose to be doing sessions with a cervical orthotic block. No one including him bothered to let me know nor check in. By this time we're almost done with treatment. I also ended up in significant pain. He did an adjustment that did nothing. Instead I ended up in excruciating pain to the point where I was in tears it was unbearable (& I have a high tolerance for pain). My friend had to help me. I could barely get up or walk. I called the office that day to see what I could do to help with pain. Staff stated they'd have Diego call me back. Staff called back &asked if it could wait until next day. If absolutely necessary I can come in that day. He couldn't even spare a minute to call back to address my emergency situation. At this point my doctor friend is next to me/helping me, we are both just sitting in shock. My friend then calls a chiropractor from his area to squeeze me. He took the time to address my concerns. My appointment was 45 min long &much less than what I paid for my 3 minute "appointments" w/ Diego. After consulting with a few chiropractors I was told that they don't practice in the way Diego practices as this is considered a poor strategy that produces little to no results for patients. They also informed me that 3x/week was unnecessary &appointments were overpriced. They thoroughly examined me & informed me that I still have issues in my neck/back. I then go to my final appointment to go over the results with Diego. Unfortunately I didn't see the improvement he claimed to be "happy" with. He also only took an x-ray of my back. When I asked about my neck x-ray. He stated he didn't take one because he thought we were focusing on my back. At this point I'm realizing he hasn't bothered to look at my chart nor follow up on my injuries &here we are at the end of treatment. I work in healthcare so I take patient care very seriously. I told Diego I was disappointed with my experience, explained all of this. He did nothing to come up with a solution & showed he could care less as he'd already charged everything up front. Instead he said if I wanted any other adjustments I can pay with his front staff for another package. What a joke. I shared before/after x-rays with my team of healthcare providers. They agreed results were insignificant for amount of "treatments"/money spent. They said they could've achieved same results w/ less sessions, alternative approaches/ methods. I'm now 2 months in w/my new chiropractor & only 3 sessions. My appointments are 30 minutes long, w/ spinal decompression therapy, all included & I pay less than these 3 minute treatments. I am officially pain free! I'm so disappointed at all time/money spent on unnecessary treatment that led to insignificant results. I was informed by other chiropractors that by law I was entitled to refund remaining unused sessions if I'm not getting the results I wanted. They failed to disclose this to me. Moral of the story is really do your due diligence. Get multiple opinions from different chiropractors/healthcare providers. Make sure your provider is actually taking care of your health / your needs and not just his pockets. read more
