Cool place, especially for kids. Lots of interactive activities. Lots of school kids on a Friday. We found street parking a couple of blocks away, so cheaper than parking in the garage.

I wanted to like it but man oh man was it disappointing. We came here on a date, no kids, but we like to visit science centers in many cities and even though they're mainly catered to kids, we usually love it as adults. This place is huge but they're not using it well. There are a few cool things like trying to pick up 550 pounds, the butterfly exhibit (which was the only actually cool thing), and some little things here and there. No food other than the theater. Not very educational even for kids unless they're very young, I wouldn't take my kids here as it seems very pointless. The main reason we came here was for the Planetarium which was SO disappointing. Usually they're so much better. This seemed so outdated and fuzzy and pretty pointless unless you're a toddler. The parking garage is so expensive and not even that close for the price. It's a whole maze on how to get in, especially during construction. It says "follow the posted detour signage" and there's no signage. We had to ask for directions 3 times before we actually got to it. Just VERY not worth it.

Pacific science Center is a great activity, especially if you need something on a rainy day. Some of the exhibits are a little dated and unfortunately a film festival was going on so we could not see anything in the IMAX however, laser light shows and planetarium are included with admission.

It's actually so fun to come here! You can go here as a date idea as a whole family, just friends, personal relationships, etc. We wanted to check out the spider exhibit that was added and the line was very long so we went in the main area first and goofed around and read some of the things, the butterfly exhibit was very beautiful and really immersive, I honestly loved the different plants I saw over there as well (as a some want plant enthusiast). After that we checked to go back to the spider exhibit and the line went by quickly, very cool and awesome things we found. I'd say check it out before the spider exhibit is gone! We only paid $10(each) for our tickets and after we went over to the armory to check out the dia de los muertos (day of the dead celebration) and it was so beautiful and touching!

It was fun to go once but not sure I will be back. The Dino's were cool and we enjoyed the information on them and the size comparison to a real person. The butterfly's are the best part!! So many and so cool to get up close and personal with them. Had a few land on me, so cool! I hate the pricing. As an out of state guest I was charged more to visit than a WA resident. Even though I am paying for a hotel, all my meals and coffee, and what not.. I am forced to pay more to visit this attraction.

Finding activities for all three of my children (ages ranging from 1-6 years old,) to participate and enjoy can be challenging. The Pacific Science Center is one of our favorite places to visit because all of my children can explore and play together. The activities require their tiny but mighty minds to work and once they've successfully put a puzzle together, built a fort, connected tubes, pulled themselves up, manipulate water, make music, organize blocks in a box, etc. I can see their excitement of success. The customer service is always great, the team really goes over and beyond to ensure all guests are enjoying their experience. There is hand sanitizer, and restrooms located through throughout the center. If you have little children who enjoy very interactive activities this is your place; I highly recommend!

Even though some areas are still under construction since the big remodel and reopening, I cannot say enough about how much fun it is for the entire family, from grandparents to toddlers! There was a lot of friendly, kind and knowledgeable staff. Everything was clean and plenty of space to roam. The current Spider exhibit is a hit! So much to see and do. Many interactive exhibits to keep the learning fun. Only negative is if there is a Kraken game or any event going on, be prepared to pay more for parking than it costs to get in. (still worth it!)

Toddlers can spend a whole day here

Such a fun place for toddler and kid! There's much to do that will keep them occupied plus the science show that was engaging. It was fortunate they the two times we went were not crowded.

Can't beat the $10 adult and $7 child admission fee through most of November. It's a great time to experience the Spider experience. Included in the fee are laser shoes and the space and science exhibits. Great for about 4 years and above. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Enjoy!

I had an amazing Sunday afternoon here! Tickets are $10 until November 20th 2025 so that was a nice surprise when booking the ticket. This was my first time back as an adult and it was still fun. My favorite part was the butterfly house. I was disappointed to see the planetarium wasn't open, I was looking forward to that the most.

Savanna M.

Very cool spot. Lots of interactive areas for kids and curious adults. They have a butterfly house as well as a movie theatre. Pretty big and seems to be worth the money you spend on entry.

Gorgeous new place on the block!!…read more Stunning new event space right in south lake union/ downtown with sweeping lake union views. Views alone were worth a trip or 4!! Came for the opening of this shiny new spot yesterday. A gorgeous 3,000 square foot event space that was completely remodeled: with in house catering, vendors, event planners, photo booths, musician! And the food. It was like going to a super fun wedding minus the formality of it. The owner was there as well: super passionate and shared the story of how she bought this space sight unseen: took a long process in turning this into a gorgeous space that it is now. It was super cool! And the food!! They allow outside catering too but the in-house catering: Kaspar catering : baos topped with micro greens and mint. Steamed to serve! Poke rolls :delicious! Panna cotta : in a cup! Lisa Dupar catering: this one was fantastic as I've had a chance to taste their food in the past at a wedding. The gorgeous cupcakes, macarons, molasses cookies and stunning cake. All were so pretty! Mark ryan wine! I mean, what's not to love as it's one of the wineries I frequent in Woodinville wine country. My pup baci's favorite too. Luxe Photo Booth: this one was so fun! The 360 Photo Booth!! I've seen them in Time Squares recently as well as at a valentines event. But this one was so much more fun as I didn't have to wait in line or fight the crowd for it. The person that was running it was super friendly and helpful too. The jazz musician was pretty rad too. And they had valet!! Butler Valet: All the friendly guys in uniform waiting for you as you arrived during rush hour in downtown: pretty darn cool. All events should be this cool. I'm only going to events with valet from now on! Ok thanks. Overall, this was such a fun place.I came to check out the space: left with all the food and fun.The space, the team, the design, the music!! And that Photo Booth: all are essential part of throwing an epic event. All events should be this fun!! I guess they will be if you throw them here: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, sweet 16th. I wouldn't mind coming here for a photoshoot: hello contents!!Or just a fun anything event.Did I mention the views?? Ahh the possibilities!!!

We had the chance to photograph a summer wedding there, and I was absolutely blown away by the space, the staff, and the overall experience. The couple we worked with had gotten engaged in Paris and wanted their wedding to reflect that romantic, European flair. The Ruins, with its opulent, maximalist style and stunning hand-painted ballroom, was the perfect fit. Every room felt like stepping into a different storybook, and the attention to detail in the decor made for the most magical, photo-ready moments. Their guests were wow'd at every turn--it was truly an experience, not just an event. From a vendor perspective, the staff couldn't have been better. Friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. The on-site coordinator, Ruby, is a total gem! Even when a few minor hiccups popped up (as they always do), she handled everything with grace and efficiency, keeping the day running smoothly and stress-free for everyone involved. If you're a couple looking for a unique, visually rich venue that feels intimate, whimsical, and timeless all at once--The Ruins is it. It's gorgeous year-round, and from a photography standpoint, it's an absolute dream. -Becca, B.Jones Photography

It wasn't in the building at all, but directly behind it, so this is more a review for their outdoor event capacity. Parking was a breeze with a lot of convenient street parking surrounding the venue. We managed to get a spot like a minute walk away which was nice. Getting into the Cider Summit was also easy with a quick security and ticket check. We admittedly expected the event to be bigger, but this was a solid spot for the Seattle Cider Summit. Nice outdoor space with even ground and good grass which made it easy to mosey about the event. Fenced in as well which kept the event private to ticket holders. I had the opportunity to speak with Mike on social media who was helpful in answering all my many questions. He later connected me with one of their VIP managers, John, who was quick to reach out and call to ensure we were on the same page and on point for the day of the event. He made some useful recommendations as to where I should have my tables and accommodated all of my guests upon entry. During the day of my event, David, who was one of the VIP hosts was so generous to connect with me and allowed me to be first to enter the main floor upon opening. David and my servers, Natalie and Blossom were so respectful and kind - they truly helped make my special celebration a memorable one. I'm so happy to see the successes and growth of Vue since they've opened in 2018. Their security team was also very kind! Steve who has been there for years, I believe, introduced himself to me and then there was another sir who saw that I was standing on a stool to record an performance and he later came by to carefully help me down without ask. Vue brings to life an artistic concept for nightlife that is inclusive of all communities. Their 4 different rooms and main floor creates space for every kind of guest. Whether you are looking to be near the crowd or to break away in the back, they have tables you can book to fit your very need. I appreciated their various table packages as it is inclusive of minimums and gratuity with tax later being added on at the end of the night. They make the booking experience very easy. I will say they tend to have a later start where it peaks around 11:30p. Other than that, I highlight recommend Vue Lounge - their team is a great example of what it means to treat their guests with respect so that everyone has a fun time.
