Beautiful spot inside the Nobu Hotel. Located right at the pool and has some amazing views. Seemed empty so no issues with distancing. The lack of people hurts the vibe and of course the overall business, so that's sad to see. Btw, the hotel is fantastic looking. Set out of town but close to the toll road from the airport. When we looked at the menu, nothing jumped out like OMG I have to have that. They give you some crisp chips and a couple of sauces to dip. Ok... I had the Mexican pizza which was chorizo and black beans. I asked fir it crispy snd it wasn't. Would have given it texture for me. Deb had a shrimp Caesar. Both had a glass of Chardonnay. Not value at $120. I'll go to Nobu upstairs for a dinner but would not go back here. It's Cabo where lunch at most is $20. Service was good. Almost too good due to lack of customers. But very nice servers. Disappointed..

I will preface this review with saying that the restaurant's patio is so beautiful, It is worth coming just for that. The waiters were awesome, and the overall experience was good. I think I just ordered some of the wrong things. Guava smoothie (non-alcoholic) - this was so refreshing and mouthwatering. Expected It to taste more like the guava nectar drinks, but actually tasted more like fresh guava. 5/5 Bao bread short rib - this dish comes with 5 bao buns with the most tender meat I've had in a while. So mouthwatering, and by far the best dish I tried. 5/5 Pork shank - tried a bit of my friends dish. You get It with tortillas and the plate of meat separately. The meat was a little sweet and tangy, and definitely tasty. 5/5 Now to the items I did not enjoy. Ceviche- this was one of the grossest dishes I ever ordered at a nice restaurant. I don't know how to say that nicely lol not sure what It was, but the fish just didn't taste fresh and the flavors didn't work for me. I took one bite and hate to be that person to waste food and cause a stink, but I asked to send It back. The waiter, after talking to the manager asked me what was wrong with the dish and then agreed to take It back. Not sure if It always tastes like this or just a bad day for the ceviche. 1/5 Tuna tostada- really didn't have a taste for this. Tuna was subpar and the flavors kind of went weird together. But, I definitely couldn't send back a second menu item lol so I toughed It out. 1.5/5 I liked that they offered little treats in between. They gave us a wide assortment of little bread rolls to start, then delicious mini tacos. And then at the end, we got a little carrot cake pop and chocolate truffle. I think it's safe to say that you should probably order a meat dish over fish, as I had way better experience with the meat.

Beautiful outdoors fine Mexican restaurant. Service was beyond amazing here. Food was delicious. So we ordered guacamole, we ordered their tacos and we ordered steak and pasta. Everything tasted so fresh and amazing. Their bread basket was heavenly and wash piece had a different flavor. Mojito is one of my favorite drinks and their was out of this world, a little strong than what I'm used to do but made perfectly. I would recommend this place for dinner almost every night when staying at Nobu.
The pacific restaurant serves as both an early morning and late night go to restaurant here at Nobu. The employees at this entire property provide best in class service, putting most places back home to shame. Ambience works in it subtle ocean breeze hitting you while you dine. The appetizers were great however the Jicama shrimp tacos are next level! Love this place, very worthy. read more
This is one of the few restaurants that are open at Nobu Hotel earlier in the day and it is pretty good. It is right next to the beach so right after you're done eating, you can stroll around in the beach. Food wise, I highly suggest the Green Aguachile Shrimp because of the sauce alone. It is so good that you can even just drink the sauce. We ordered the Black Baja Taco that comes with Soft Shell Crab. That was pretty good too, but the sauce from the Aguachile made it really good. The setting of everything is really what makes this place amazing, assuming it's not too windy. You have the option of sitting in the shade or under the sun, so choose whichever you like best and enjoy the time there. read more

One of many dining gems on the Nobu property. Overall, a great experience with a warm and welcoming bar staff. The covered outdoor seating made it even better relaxing to the sound of the ocean in the background was truly a highlight read more

Meh Pacific is nothing to boast about. I guess it's good for quick snacks and drinks since it's right by the pool but other than that, not the greatest. Also pricey but this is nobu hotel so what else to expect lol. read more

Love this place! Have eaten here 3 days in a row while staying at Nobu. The lobster tempura and the guacamole/crab salad are so delicious we keep reordering them every day! read more

We are staying at Nobu and so it was nice to just go downstairs and grab a quick bite. We only got 2 appetizers because nothing really sounded good to me though. We ordered the jicama taco and vegan crispy artichoke. The artichoke was unhealthy and not tasty. We only ate like one piece each. The sauce it came with was pretty yummy. The complimentary bread was ok, the goat cheese one was the only one I really liked. The jicama taco was basically 2 fried batter shrimp each taco and it was again okay. My friend got hot water with lime and I asked for just still water and we ended up paying $12 for water? Lol... read more

We ate here 3 times during our stay. Twice for brunch and once for lunch by the pool. We enjoyed our breakfast both days - the egg dishes were flavorful, I do wish they threw in a side of potatoes with the egg dishes. The complimentary bread which is also provided at Malibu farms is a nice touch tho! We ordered the caramel waffles one day and felt very underwhelmed the waffles were presented beautifully but they were a little dense and if not for all the garnish laced in flavor. However if we were to rate the restaurant solely on breakfast it would have definitely even a 4, because service and views were great! As we move on to lunch we ordered the shrimp Caesar and the burger. We felt that both of these dishes were slightly below average. For the price we would've saved our appetite and had late lunch at Nobu or went over to Malibu farms. read more

It is not worth your time or your money. The ceviche was absolutely horrible, so incredibly fishy. It tasted like old fish chopped up in a mild dressing. The crispy octopus wasn't even crispy and came with a mountain of guacamole. My pork belly was absolutely tiny while every other dish was way over portioned. The pork belly was also old. I could tell that it was cooked at least a day ago and then reheated; it was tough and dry. The wine that the waiter suggested was the absolute worst chardonnay I've ever had and of course it was by far the most expensive (but he insisted). When we asked for a glass of white wine, they came back with a glass of red wine. The bill was a total of over $500 for five people. This place isn't worth your time or money. I hope they increase their standards, because as of now they are serving old fish, horrible wine, and bad food. read more

I really like all of the food at Pacific Restaurant while staying at Nobu. My nephew's favorite was the chicken quesadillas and chips and guacamole. We ordered so many different items and they were all delicious. The best chicken we've ever had. read more

This bar and grill is located on the ground floor of Nobu restaurant, on the level near the infinity pool. The staff is amazing and it's a really nice spot to take in the ocean air, do some whale watching, or just enjoy a couple of cocktails and some poolside relaxation. Food was really good, and service is outstanding. read more
Best restaurant at nobu hotel. Service is amazing and very few people tend to eat here. Probably because the menu has to be explained to know what you are going to get. Food quality is very good and creative. The bread they provide is some of the best I've had at a restaurant. read more
