Tenant reported garage disposal stop working so I immediately requested a fix the for owner. One…read morestop was prompt and since it 'FREE' estimate , I didn't think twice. Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

Fixed it within an hour and gave me DIY information on how to get rid of the smell and flush out the bacteria from the sitting drain water under the house. I really appreciate him trying to help me save money by recommending items I can buy on my own from Home Depot to remedy the situation. Any other plumber would offer additional expensive cleanup services to charge me more money, but not Miguel. Miguel is truly a stand up guy and an honest plumber! He's knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and does not employ greedy tactics like so many repair people I have unfortunately let into our home. Anthony Canez arrived at the scheduled window promptly, communicated clearly, and was professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue in our yard, but he also walked us through every step of the diagnostic process. As first-time homeowners, we were not familiar with all the reasons why the backyard would flood. Anthony took the time to teach us about our irrigation valve and watering system--how it works, why certain parts needed replacement, and even where our emergency water shutoff is located for future situations. After the (reasonable) estimate was generated, Anthony picked up the necessary parts and completed the repair efficiently.
