As someone who tried to get help from corporate a few times about how customers were being scammed…read moreinto expensive services by employees (witnessed employees putting old dark motor oil on transmission and driveline samples to make it appear burnt/dirty/worn just to trick customers into an expensive transmission service) to bump sales numbers, listening to customers complain about how inappropriate comments and noises were made in front of customers and their children by employees, and witnessing some employees using substances while on the clock. The manager Bill hides it well and most employees fear him cutting their hours/pay or firing them for false reasons if they even so much as ask for the district manager Ricky's number in fear that it will be trouble for him. Anytime another manager higher up than him has to talk to an employee Bill gets upset and harasses them for information on what was talked about and if/what was all said. Customers have no clue to some of what happens right in front of them and or to their own vehicles but as someone from the company I do. Just know that not all employees do these shady things, it's just fear that keeps us from speaking up about it.

They were very professional, they cross checked everything with everyone in the bay so that all the guys knew what the other was doing. I assume this is for safety and it's brilliant. Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I really wanted some, but opted out as I was traveling for work with someone in my care. They had a great selection of it though. There was snacks and drinks of all kinds. I ended up allowing them to choose a few snacks. I needed the caffeine anyway because of all the driving. The store inside was quite empty and quiet. The clerk at the counter was kind and quick with ringing up our items. We saw a few magazines on the counter by the door and apparently they are free, yes I asked! We saw a few cool cars within the store. Sadly I did not take any photos as I had limited battery at the time.
