It's clean, which is obviously more difficult to maintain when it's larger but somehow they manage to keep it tidy, including the bathrooms There are so many goodies inside! From Mackinac Island fudge, to F'real milkshake/smoothie machine, to ice cream (which was our main purpose for the visit) This is one of those places where the smallest ice cream is 3 scoops of deliciousness. What I really appreciated was the courtesy of the employee who put on the first scoop and asked if I wanted the other 2 scoops, since it was for my child. I appreciated the kindness of the staff and they all seemed to be in good spirits during our visit. Anyway, I quickly agreed, knowing full well she would be sharing with me. The "Pothole" ice cream was heavenly and I think the generous portions make it taste better. It's really affordable too. I think $1.99 for the small? Regardless, it was with it for the memories. But I'll probably be returning more frequently next summer.

Thanks to Jaclyn's review I stopped here and was not disappointed; in fact I was sincerely impressed with the owner's attention to detail when it came to the bathroom appliances and with how clean everything was. Whoever planned out the bathroom layout seriously made sure no one could ever accuse them of being unhygienic. Most gas stations have your standard American toilet with separate appliances for soap, sink, and hand dryer. Not this place. They have the one-use seat cover toilet so each guest will have a "brand new" cover to cushion their tushies, and the sink is a combined soap dispenser, water faucet, and air dryer. The convenience store part of the gas station was clean and well-laid out. No complaints there. Give this BP your time and money. You won't be disappointed.

I like that Forward has a reward system now, even though it's pretty rudimentary. This is a small store and it's often quite busy and crowded. A lot of the popular items are often sold out for up to a week at a time. Forward could totally make money on expanding this location. I'd personally love to see more mini-mart type food items for sale here. Overall, it's got decent gas station level prices on most things except milk, which is at minimum a dollar more than anywhere else here. Gas prices are OK here, too. I'm still going to be a daily customer, but I'd love to see improvements.

I like to get my gas and go....no walking into a crowded gas station and waiting in line to pay…read more There usually isn't anyone else around, so I don't have to strike up a conversation- but on that same note, I can turn my music up in the car so I can hear it while I'm pumping gas. I can sing and dance with the window squeegee and no one is the wiser! Occasionally a business truck may pull up, and then I just put on my "business face", and exchange polite smiles- but when they leave- I start dancing again! Don't judge. You know you do this too! The gas is cheaper here, it's convenient, quiet and quick. Who cares if the pumps are ancient... They get my car juiced up again and back on the road. Pacific Pride is my friend!

The local UPS Drivers also use this station as its across the street from their home base.
