Thanks to Jaclyn's review I stopped here and was not disappointed; in fact I was sincerely impressed with the owner's attention to detail when it came to the bathroom appliances and with how clean everything was. Whoever planned out the bathroom layout seriously made sure no one could ever accuse them of being unhygienic. Most gas stations have your standard American toilet with separate appliances for soap, sink, and hand dryer. Not this place. They have the one-use seat cover toilet so each guest will have a "brand new" cover to cushion their tushies, and the sink is a combined soap dispenser, water faucet, and air dryer. The convenience store part of the gas station was clean and well-laid out. No complaints there. Give this BP your time and money. You won't be disappointed.

I can sing and dance with the window squeegee and no one is the wiser! Occasionally a business truck may pull up, and then I just put on my "business face", and exchange polite smiles- but when they leave- I start dancing again! Don't judge. You know you do this too! The gas is cheaper here, it's convenient, quiet and quick. Who cares if the pumps are ancient... They get my car juiced up again and back on the road. Pacific Pride is my friend!

No snacks or attendants on duty - and its always pump your own. That's what we signed up for, so that what we get. The local UPS Drivers also use this station as its across the street from their home base. Despite the pumps not being very modern, and the stray cats ('really') that roam nearby, Pacific Pride isn't meant to be glamorous. Well done! Now if only I knew what I was paying for all this gas!

Come to find out it's her sons house not hers. I said ma'am please don't come at me like that and I would be more than happy to avoid the lawn if you weren't swerving at me. Next time she says a word to me I'm calling the cops for harassment and I recommend everyone to not give her properties any of your Business, you'll be respected 100x more basically anywhere else! Also I wouldn't recommend walking past it or you might get swerved at and harassed. Customer service was…read morenot her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. I have no further trust for Richardson Chevrolet in Standish, MI, KG.
