There are so many photobooth companies out there and after researching and inquiring with over 30 photobooth companies (no joke, I have all the email proof you need if you want to take a look at it), I couldn't find the PERFECT one. I didn't want a sit-in booth, nor did I want pipe & drapes (since it's so ghetto). As soon as I was about to give up, I found Pacific Photobooths and contacted them. These guys were at a Hawaiian themed party not too long ago and were the damn hit of the party. Heads were lined up all throughout the night trying to get their mugs immortalized on film. Top notch, high quality photos were spewing out of here like hot lava. Kids, aunts, uncles, strangers, and uninvited guests all had a shot at trying to come up with the most original and amusing poses and faces. I just want to share with everyone what a positive experience that I had with Alex and Pacific Photobooths. I had contacted Alex about two weeks before our wedding (I know, procrastination gets the best of me sometimes) and he was extremely helpful in helping me nail all of the details down, and I thank GOD that he had availability that day!!!! His photobooth was every bit as amazing in person as it was in the photos. It also lived up to the fact that it was roomy, nice looking (not like your typical crap photobooths), had a nice LCD screen on the exterior, and provided me and my guests hours of fun!!! Probably too much fun at times. ;) I will say that it was a little expensive, but WORTH EVERY PENNY. Anyway, thank you Alex for making our special night even that much more special. I searched high and low for the best photobooth for my wedding. I've been to many a wedding where the photobooth prints were tacky. And don't even get me started on the photobooths that no one would go into because they didn't look like photobooths. Luckily, I found Pacific Photobooths at a wedding reception. The booth looked gorgeous, had a screen outside the booth for guests to look at while they were waiting in line, and had the option for black and white and color prints. I also liked the fact the person manning the booth managed to keep up the scrap book so guests could write a message and glue their photos on--by the way, this is much better than having a blah guest book which is just a rehash of the wedding card. On top of these things, they let us design our banner before hand and pick our curtain color. Did not hire them, but definitely used the photo booth to my advantage at a friend's wedding yesterday... The booth is spacious (standing only so you can fit many) and you get the option to take pictures in black & white or in color. Also, you get 2 copies of your photos per session. Definitely a lot of fun! A great memory from the wedding to, since they added the bride and groom's name and wedding date at the bottom of the photos. Pacific Photobooths was recommended by a friend. I was so glad I signed a contract with them. They have great prices and respond to emails in a timely manner. I had absolutely no problems or issues with them. A couple of weeks before my wedding I sent them my background color choice as well as my invitation. Based on my invitation, Alex created a border for the pictures with our name and date. It matched perfectly with my wedding! During the day of the wedding there continued to be no problems and stress with the photo booth. My guests absolutely loved the photo booth. That had fun with the props and had a chance to take two prints home with them. A couple of days after the wedding, I received a CD with all the photo booth pictures on it. We had Pacific Photobooth at our wedding on 10.1.11 in Manhattan Beach, and I cannot say enough good things about Alex and this company! We found Pacific Photobooth at the LA wedding convention in downtown LA, and this was the only good thing that we got out of the convention. There were other photobooths there, but most were tacky. Alex turned out to be a brilliant graphic designer as well (this was a total last minute surprise). About 2weeks before the wedding, he emailed us and asked us to email him our wedding invitations , it turned out he matched the bottom of each photo border with our wedding invitations.... genius! The photobooth was a hit, and after working with many different vendors...these guys (and our florist - Be Buds in Torrance), were BY FAR THE BEST decisions we ever made! People LOVED this piece of the reception. Everyone had a great time taking pictures. I think photobooths have almost become an expectation for guests and our guests were not disappointed. I loved the scrapbook element. The photos were hilarious and it was a great way for me to feel personally connected to everyone who attended. The email communication between us and them was professional and helpful. During the wedding, the booth went down a few times however the attendant was able to fix the problem very quickly and was able to strike up conversation with guests while he was doing it. After the wedding, we also got access to all the pictures online and via DropBox. Both were a great way for us to save the pictures and for our guests to download their pictures! Plus - the site is secured and only guests of the wedding were able to access them. read more

My company rented this company for our Christmas Party and it was horrible. There wasn't a lot of props at all, in fact just some paper props on a stick. It took forever for the machine to work and print. When the picture print out, the quality was horrible. read more

We used Pacific Photobooths at my wedding on June 11, 2011 at St. Regis and I have to say, IT WAS A HIT!!! All of our guests LOVED the photobooth and it entertained guests from all ages, from kids to elderly! There was always guests waiting in line to take pictures at the booth, and at times, LONG LINES! We were so happy we rented the photobooth, and even more so, with Pacific Photobooths with Alex Lee. He is so quick to respond and so easy to work with. He is professional, on time, and reliable. Those were the three key things we were looking for in a vendor. The photobooth is very clean and modern looking with great features, you get to choose between color or black and white. it's unlimited double prints for all your guests and we had a great scrapbook to accompany it. it was so nice to look through the scrapbook to read what messages our guests have left it. Pacific also hots an online album of all the pictures taken from that evening and they also sent a CD of all the pictures for you. They also provided props. I used Pacific Photobooths for my wedding in August. It was a great highlight to the reception. So many guests still ask about the photobooth and I have no problem referring this company to them for I know they will treat them well! They were very easy to talk to and like Carlie M. stated they made sure my husband and I took some photos in it so we had our own pictures. They arrived early and was set up way before the cocktail hour and stayed til the very end. The scrapbook was a great touch! We were able to see pictures of the guests having a wonderful time in the photobooth and saw their creative side when they made their pages for the scrapbook. We still look through the scrapbook to remind us of all the fun the guests had at our wedding. I would definitely hire Pacific Phototbooths again for future events. I didn't actually have a lot of contact with this company before the wedding as my coordinator had a relationship with them and was able to get me all booked about a month before the wedding. They were pretty flexible with pricing and I was able to lower my price by not getting the scrapbook, which was awesome because I just went to Jo Ann and got a scrapbook that I liked, some pens and double-sided tape. The photo booth itself was really nice and high-end looking instead of something tacky which was really important to me. It was white to match our decor and was glossy looking. They let us design the border at the bottom of the photos, which was also really nice since it let us match our wedding stationery. Our guests had a lot of fun with it! I took off one star only because the attendant that came looked really bored -- granted that we had a small wedding (less than 60 people) and we had three courses plus wedding cake for the luncheon so people spent a lot of time eating rather than roaming around and trying out the photo booth -- but it was still a bummer to see him looking so obviously bored. read more
