In general, the staff are cold and indifferent --on a good day. Otherwise the culture is demeaning and pedantic. On a recent interaction, this branch put a hold on an ATM deposit without any notice or communication --not even as a courtesy. As a result, they returned some payments, which set me back several fees. The thing is, they never held my ATM deposits before and this blind sided me. I could have deposited more funds or transfer from a business account. When I have interacted with the branch manager before, he basically berated me and threatened to close my account. Essentially, his attitude was WE DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS, CONSIDER IT YOUR PRIVILEGE TO BE HERE.
