This is now my only go-to company for handling the legal tough stuff. Excellent customer service! Thank you Eviction Center, especially Debbie. Debbie knows the law and stays updated. Even with all the pandemic and elections changes, she is updated. She has access to member only websites that are not cost effective for me to join and is willing to log in and check while I am on the phone with her. Nice! I was impressed with their knowledge. I spent many hours searching the web, talking to real estate agent friends and other landlords. When I called the Eviction Center, she told me more in minutes, literally, then I had learned all day. I am not exaggerating. She made time to explain the laws and my options. With her help I was able to identify a plan B. She emailed paperwork that day. She explained all the directions for that paperwork. She offered to be there if I had any questions. From start to finish, she was thorough. Luckily, my tenants came through and plan B was not necessary. Nonetheless, what Debbie did to help me gave me some peace of mind in what could have been a no win situation. Mostly, in hindsight this was an impromptu job interview so I could see how The Eviction Center would add incredible value. They could take a very time-consuming and worrisome part of my job and make it perfect, easy and affordable. So why would I want to do it any more? I will just call The Eviction Center.

I worked with Glenna from the Roth Real Estate Group Team. I genuinely don't even know where to…read morebegin because I could write an entire novel about how incredible my experience working with Glenna was. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you can make, and going into this process, there was so much I didn't know. What I didn't expect was to work with someone who would be so incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, patient, and invested in making sure I was making the best possible decisions every step of the way. What impressed me most about Glenna was how often she was already three steps ahead. She anticipated things I wouldn't have even thought to ask about, educated me throughout the entire process, and advocated for me in ways that made a very real difference financially. I purchased a new construction home, and I cannot emphasize enough how valuable it was to have someone who truly understood the ins and outs of working with builders. Glenna knew what incentives were being offered, recognized opportunities that could have easily been overlooked, and negotiated additional builder incentives on my behalf. Those incentives ultimately helped me secure an interest rate that made purchasing my home possible. That wasn't luck. That was someone who knew what she was doing, paid attention to the details, and wasn't afraid to advocate for her client. And that was just one example. Throughout the entire process, she was consistently thinking ahead, communicating, problem-solving, and making sure I understood not just what was happening, but why. I never felt like I was navigating any of it alone. Beyond her knowledge and professionalism, what really sets Glenna apart is how much she genuinely cares. She understood that this wasn't just a real estate transaction for me. This was a new chapter for my family, and she treated it with the significance it deserved. She even went out of her way to make closing day incredibly special for me and my children, which is something I'll never forget. I walked away from this experience with so much more than the keys to my new home. I walked away feeling educated, empowered, and incredibly grateful that I had someone like Glenna in my corner. If you're considering purchasing a home, especially a new construction home, I cannot recommend Glenna highly enough. Having the right realtor matters more than people realize, and I can say without hesitation that having Glenna represent me changed the outcome of my homebuying experience. She's not someone who simply helps you buy a house. She's someone who makes sure you don't miss opportunities you never even knew existed. And that is exactly the kind of person you want representing you when making one of the biggest investments of your life.

She ended up suggesting the home that we purchased. I wasn't even thinking of a new build, but she suggested it because unlike other new builds, it included all the appliances, the window coverings, in the front and backyard landscaping. Then she helped us get a good buyer incentive, which we were able to use to buy down the rate. I couldn't be happier. I recommend Glenna, or anyone in the Roth real estate group! You won't be sorry.

It was a nightmare, 6 guys came, all related, foreman Jamie couldn't speak English, and just kept saying everything was going to be ok. They made a horrible mess tearing up the floors, not covering anything and not cleaning up after. There was never a clear explanation when selecting the floor as I went from hardwood floors to what they called luxury vinyl which was paper thin causing a huge gap from doors to flooring. They didn't explain I needed a thicker flooring so there wouldn't be gaps, they really didn't explain anything. I asked for painted baseboards and they installed unpainted baseboards with small cracks. Also my cabinets are dark expression brown and Jamie put white trim around them. They did the upstairs and I said take it out, it was mis matched starting down the stairway. I told them I didn't want them to continue, take the flooring and baseboards from upstairs. My house was a complete disaster, dust everywhere, it took 3 wks for me to clean it from top to bottom. put down 5,000 deposit, which I said I should only pay for the removal of the original flooring. The owner who never contacted me, was in Mexico said no as he was losing money, well so did I. They broke a ceiling fan, never replaced, there are cracks in my walls, the clean up alone. They probably saw a big job and got workers to do the job fast as they said they all had other jobs and my friend said none of them did her work. This is a very unprofessional company who clearly do not know how to explain the types of flooring needed in one's home. I went to Redlands Floor House, waited and got the most beautiful luxury vinyl installed that people complimented on saying it looked like wood flooring. Eric came to my house & explained options for my flooring. John & Bob covered everything and used rollers to move furniture around. And exceptionally clean, even outside where they cut the flooring. A hard lesson learned, sadly Paredes is not an ethical company, seems only out to make $. So if u do decide to use them, make sure u know ahead of time about flooring and what your needs are because they don't explain it.
