I tried this place for the first time today and it'll definitely be my new go-to spot!! I ordered online and it was ready super fast. When I got there the owner was so nice and even gave me some of the mayo on the side to try. Everything tastes super fresh and the small bowl was a great size for me. The prices are hard to beat and I even got complimentary miso soup they really care about their customers and want to give them a great experience. I'll definitely be back!! The food was so-so, not good enough to return. The woman who took my order was rude, and wasn't into the whole customer service thing. I think it will be gone very soon because good service and happy customers is everything. They are mediocre at best. Hopefully the owner goes over things with the lady that I dealt with. read more

Came here after reading all the 5-star Yelp reviews and came away a bit underwhelmed. The first thing I noticed was that we were the only ones here on a Friday night. Hmmmm. I ordered the katsu and it arrived quickly...too quickly. Like it was fried 30 minutes ago and sitting under a heat lamp. My wife ordered poke and that was okay, kind of skimpy fish portion. Anyways, the service was great and the people here are very nice. I hope this place does well because each time I've eaten here I was the lone customer. This place is close by and the food is good but the portion sizes have gone really down. I get almost twice as much food for the same price at another poke place on Newhall Ranch Rd. The man who I think is the owner is really nice and friendly but another time I came in an older lady behind the counter was rude and rushing me to pick my sides. read more

I have been to every other Poke place in Santa Clarita and this one is the best. They have everything that I always want in my poke and they give free soup with your order which is really good. The staff is also super nice every time I go. Just great quality, great food, and I love how they have a daily option that is something other than Poke. So I used to really like this place but they've becoming sooo very stingy with their portions. The scoop for the fish is so tiny and they really barely fill the bowl. It is definitely way too expensive for the small portion. Even with the toppings they're so stingy. I just don't find it worth it and won't be coming back. Also the workers were not very nice. This place is a nice find. The gentleman who served me and my son had such a great smile; he was very personable and so welcoming. Our first visit was a great experience - we'll definitely come back. Quality of food, veggies, and such are very fresh and flavorful. They serve their poke in heaping scoops while other places in Santa Clarita have the audacity to serve leveled scoops resulting to overcharging for less...shame. One of the reviews mentioned that the fish used to be served cubed. Maybe at some point, "poke" can possibly be served in chunks or sliced again (?) considering its literal meaning is "to [cut] something". ;) Nonetheless, food is FRESH and prices are reasonable. Moved to Stevenson Ranch last June and happy to have found this place. Pacific Kitchen is always clean, staff is friendly and more importantly the fish is fresh and tastes great. Been here about a dozen times or so and it's been consistent and I have never been disappointed. You can see that they really care bout their business and customers. I never feel inclined to leave reviews but my experience today truly left me disturbed. I've been going to Pacific Kitchen for quite some time, but not as of recently; that is, until today. I am usually greeted by the male owner of this place and have had no issues with his customer service, however the older woman owner was incredibly unfriendly and quite rude. I usually order online and, when I do, I choose three sauces for my large bowl (and they are always given to me). Today, as I was about to ask for my third sauce, she rudely interrupts me and hurriedly spouts my total. When I look to exchange glances with her, she was already glaring at me. I've seen other people in this thread share that they feel her hostility is towards people of color, of which I am, and I find this incredibly disturbing. I would like to imagine that this is not the case, and she just so happens to be a bitter individual, but upon reading other people's similar experience I am left questioning. Not to mention, I watched as a literal child was exiting the restroom and the old woman snapped at her, telling her that bathrooms were for customers only. Was she supposed to use the $5 her parents gave her as lunch money? I guess so! Nonetheless, the younger employees were very kind, patient, and helpful. I hope the older woman respects them and even learns from their kindness. Do better, Shannon. read more

The service here is so nice. I called them around 8:10 and they picked up and told me all about their menu options (my brother is a picky eater). My mom and I zoomed over at 8:20 and the owner and another employee came out promptly to get us our bowls. They close at 8:30pm. I can't emphasize enough how nice they are! My mom's never ordered poke before and they were very patient with her :') The servings were very generous and the fish tastes super fresh. The only suggestion I have is that they expand their topping selection! Definitely will stop by again next time I'm in the area. Wow best poké place in town! Just tried this out for the first time and I can say hands down this is my favorite yet! The man (I assume owner) greeted me and was patient and helpful as I figured out what I wanted to order, which took a little because they have so many options!!! I ordered a large bowl the portion is great if you're really hungry. I did half brown/white rice with spicy tuna and spicy crab meat and loaded the toppings on. The food tastes amazing and fresh and the sauces are fantastic! Plus you get a free miso soup with each meal.. can't go wrong there. Definitely worth trying out if you haven't yet. I live on the opposite side of town but most definitely will be making the trip here often!! read more

This place has a lot of potential. The owners are super nice, however super cheap. It seems like they use a melon scoop to measure the fish, hence giving you a bowl of rice and ginger. They also charge you for the crab, which every other Poke place gives it as a side. I'm willing to drive across town to get more fish at Deep Sea, which is super far from Stevenson ranch. If the owners are reading this, I hope they increase their fish portion and stop charging for the crab. read more

Pacific kitchen is a MUST when getting deliciously fresh food. It has extremely fresh ingredients. The fish is delivered and served the same day. Not only that the portions are very hefty and the toppings have a great variety! Pacific kitchen has a daily special that includes other delicious Asian cusine such as bulgoli, Korean spicy pork, and chicken katsu. Not to mention the owner is super friendly!
