Very chilled which maybe is how he looks so good. No way he is 40!! We came back the next day to pick up some beers to enjoy poolside at our B&B (sneaking in a garden ale and refreshing seltzer before we left). The seltzer is also gluten free, vegan and low sugar. Returning a third time to get some gifts to bring home for family. I would highly recommend a visit when in Byron Bay. The ethos of this business is something we can all strive for. A place that embraces its community and in turn the community has embraced it.

Each time I have been there, I am often caught out when the meals arrive and go to grab the cutlery and it isn't there. My dining companion loves their Surf N Turf and it is richly made, and they aren't stingy with the seafood. I have the Schnitzel when I go there because I think it is a pub classic.
