Ate at Pacific Grill twice this weekend (12/27/25 - 12/28/25). I was very pleased with both meals! I was lucky enough to have Kat as my server both times and she was wonderful! When I asked for no feta cheese on my gyro she informed me that it was also in the tzatziki (I really appreciated the heads up) and she also clarified if this was a food allergy or preference (I appreciate her concern in the case that this was an allergy to dairy). She was also quick with bringing me ketchup and hot sauce and anything else I asked for. She really made both meals excellent :) The food was just as good as the service! My Traditional Breakfast really hit the spot! Thanks again to Kat for recommending the bacon. My gyro was a little plain, because I got mine without cheese and tzatziki. BUT the chicken was super flavorful and the veggies were fresh and crispy. I added a splash of lime juice and this was perfect for me. And I must say these are some of the BEST French fries I've ever had!! I'm not sure if they're considered double fried or beer battered (?) but it is definitely worth the $3 upgrade to get them! I only wish they would just put the dang bottle of ketchup on the table instead of bringing it to you in a small metal cup (which they did at both meals). Odd policy IMO; seems like it makes more work for the servers. But that is a very small complaint for an overall very great restaurant! read more

I love that there's a very limited menu, which means everything is very fresh. The service was amazing and kudos to the Chef who went the extra mile to adjust my meal to not have any garlic, which is an allergy for me. My waitress was very attentive and seemed to generally care whether I was enjoying my meal. Since I dining alone, and it is a small dining area, I was especially impressed that they gave me the window view seat that I had requested even though the table for four was being used by just one person, me. I even had a view of the fire pit which they had turned on outside, which offered additional ambience. Although the beet salad was amazingly delicious I think basically one beet (1/2 red and 1/2 yellow) for $14 was a little steep. The timing between the appetizer, salad, and main dish was perfect. We called to make a reservation, we were told that they were very full and could only accommodate us early at 5:30. Since we'd eaten there before we were willing to do that. To our disappointment we were seated at a two top that was next to the kitchen, crammed next to a wall, and somewhat hidden from views of the ocean and the course. While we ate (sadly a mediocre meal) the place was empty...EMPTY! No big party, no overflow of guests. I felt like chopped liver stuffed in a corner. read more

Pacific Grill ended up being our favorite breakfast spot on property! Slightly better food options than Trails End for an à la carte sit-down. Our waitress Kait was a gem every morning, super attentive and quick. And of course stunning views of the course (as with every restaurant). read more

Wow- unexpected dinner in Bandon Resort. Service was excellent. Beautiful views of the course. Started with tuna and mussels appetizer. Both were so good. Almost ordered more mussels. Romaine salad was very good. Good portion. Seafood chowder delicious. Mixed grill had perfect assortment of protein. Spicy sausage was a standout. Seafood fideua was amazing. Lots of seafood. Our 4 some stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed the food-- it was busy and our server was distracted as they seemed understaffed on a busy Sunday. Solid menu and they made it easy with separate checks. My special club sandwich and fries was delicious. read more

Grilled cheese and tomato soup overlooking the ocean after a wind-swept morning on one of the world's great golf courses? Yes, please! I was very impressed by the service at the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, and Pacific Grill was no exception. Couple that with an absolutely delicious grilled cheese sandwich with bacon, kettle chips, some warm, comforting tomato soup, and an amazing rooftop deck view overlooking the Pacific (both Dunes and Ocean), and the recipe for the perfect post-round meal was complete. I would return in a heartbeat, even after playing one of the other fantastic courses at the resort. read more

We have been so pleased with every dining experience at Bandon Dunes so far. Pacific Grill directly overlooks PunchBowl with the Pacific Dunes course just beyond that along with the ocean a little further back. The bar is in the center with tables on either side and with windows everywhere, you'll have a view no matter where you sit. The bar area can get pretty packed and cuts off access from one side of the restaurant to the other but if you're popping up for a drink from PunchBowl, this makes the bar very easily accessible. We've only been during the late lunch hour so I can't comment on dinner service but I find the atmosphere to be very casual and prices for meals more than fair for the great quality. I started with a Moscow Mule. I've had several over the past few days and the pours have been generous and not overloaded with ice. I've been eyeing the burgers at every place we've been on property and finally gave in today. Honestly, this is the best burger I have had at a restaurant in YEARS. They'll cook it any way you like so I got mine medium rare and it came out perfect. The burger is topped with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, white onion, peppered bacon and a chipotle ketchup. I want another one just thinking about it. I upgraded my side from house made chips to onions which didn't impress me as much. I prefer a breaded ring and these were battered. They don't stay as crispy but they were good enough that I ate most of them. My meal was a steal at $13 ($11 + $2 up charge for rings) I'm not a golfer but for a course like this I imagine those making this course a bucket list destination will be very happy with the quality and affordability of the food options available on property before/after playing a round. We certainly appreciated it after walking 18 for a tournament. read more

Had breakfast here our last day before heading home. I'm not the biggest pancake lover in the world but these were amazing! I ordered a side of bacon, best bacon I've ever had. Looking out into the punch bowl is a great way to start your day. There are great views everywhere. Won't see putts like some you find on the full acre of green on the punch bowl but some might come close. Again, friendliest staff in the world. Terrible service for a world-class golf resort. Following our round of golf, we stood then sat then stood waiting for beer and food orders. We eventually just left thirsty and sad. After, we went to the main lodge and had great service. I hope they get their act together, because experiences like this can spoil the annual Bandon getaway. read more

My gf and I had our anniversary dinner here this week and came away very unimpressed. We had the prawn dish and and the noodle bowl. The noodles were not cooked correctly and the prawn dish was lacking any flavor. Extra point for the beautiful sunset and cold beer however we felt that for $100+ our dishes should have been better. One server was very chatty while the other woman hardly said anything and seemed to treat the "golfer tables" better (which we expected). read more
