Shopping Experience at Nordstrom Racks…read more I am not a shopper! I don't enjoy walking from store to store in search of specific things or gifts, especially during the holidays! I want to walk into no more than three or four stores, get everything I need, and be done with it. That said, I enjoy walking through my favorite stores and checking out the goods without any specific purchase in mind. Sometimes, I find something I wasn't planning to buy, but I realize it could help me or make someone close to me very happy. I know this sounds confusing, but I think you get what I mean! Anyway, Nordstrom Racks is one of the stores I enjoy walking through. They are organized and carry well-known brands, which is not as important to me as it is to many others. This specific location is one of those stores that we visit often, and I have found and bought many items here. The staff has been helpful whenever I needed help, and we've never had any issues shopping here. The prices for certain items may be somewhat higher here than some other comparable stores, but if you do not have the time to go from store to store hoping for a better price, then it is worth it. The only drawback is that the racks can get very messy during busy shopping periods like the holiday season. So, it is always best to visit and get what you need before the crowds rush in and mess things up!

Not enough parking and seems like second rate stores. Top notch places like Whole Foods across the street too good for this place. Carbon health advertising physicals for a good rate on the main sign there. I suppose they cater to the High School sports players. Turn your head and cough. Tiny trees around the perimeter - not mature - unusual since this place is so old. Overall convenient place that gets the job done. Some Hunger Games action to get a parking spot though. Beware of entitled moms with luxury SUVs.

There are also two gyms, a bank, grocery store, Petco, and Rite Aid to name just a few businesses located at Montecito Plaza. Lots of parking, though during busy times the parking lot can get busy, but there is an overflow lot on the side of the shopping center. The shopping center is located right on the canal so you can watch the yachts and other boats go up and down the canal which is fun. Every year during the holidays they have the lighted boat parade which is super fun and well attended. Montecito Plaza is at a great location because you can easily access it off the freeway or if you are going through town. There is a Peet's Coffee across the street if you need to boost your caffeine levels and a Whole Foods Market across the street if you can't find everything you need at TJ's.

I recently went in and they were communicative and as accommodating as possible. I like that they inform me when I need to come back, making it easy for me to calendar. The pharmacy dept is fantastic. I had to go to CVS for a while and they are mostly (except 1 or 2) woefully inept, rude and have the worst operations. I have been to Tiburon (terribly rude) and went to Bon Air so overwhelmed and was told to wait in this line, then the other line and "Oh, go back to that line." Inane. The Costco pharmacy critcally think and are communicative and gracious. I had no idea just how much I would appreciate the Costco pharmacy, until I lost access to them.

After AAA came to put my spare on, I immediately headed to Costco to fix the tire now, easily accessible now in my trunk. I had the wheel lock ready and made everything simple. I dropped off the vehicle around 1215p and was given a 2 hour finish time. They finally called at 3:11pm to say it was done. (I had tried calling two hours in and no answer. )So I basically wandered Costco warehouse for 3 hours waiting for my single tire warranty repair as an Executive member. Picking up the car was also disjointed, they didn't know which technician did the work or have my invoice ready. Very disorganised! Needless to say, I felt very disappointed today, wasting a great deal of time on a seemingly simple repair. I definitely did not feel like a valued member. I am hopeful the manager will see this post and make efforts to improve. Also and lastly, Marin County NEEDS two Costco locations, period!

We were glad that we found it and had spent enough time exploring it without rushing. The rooftop is a great place to overlook the Petaluma River. The view here is truly stunning. I took a lot of amazing pictures and videos. I highly recommend the Refill Mercantile shop as well. It sells gifts, personal, and refillable skincare products. Particularly, the toothpaste tablets are my favorite. It is just next to the famous Wild Goat bistro restaurant. Unfortunately, we found out about this popular place after we had our lunch. All in all, whether you're a first-time visitor or think you have seen it all, it's a fun and entertaining way to discover this historic landmark city!

Easy, free parking. Accessible by train and ferry, besides car. Many different delicious food choices from delis to Greek to fancier fare, and The Rustic Bakery, which is where we ate. There is ample outdoor dining in sun and shade, besides indoor dining. Since we arrived at different times, everyone enjoyed browsing through the bookstore, and window shopping around the center. The center is very kid and dog friendly and there are lots of areas and activities for kids to explore and enjoy. It is also clean. The reason for one star off: there is a vibe that all of us felt, and others have said the same thing about the shopkeepers and some staff. I was wearing a top from one of the stores and jeans from another shop there. I popped into each store and was ignored by everyone in the first place and watched as if I might shoplift in the other store. I had only my phone in my pocket and no bag at all. It was uncomfortable-making and I left both stores, which were understandably empty. The place is delightful as a location for walking around with kids and dogs. Lots of food options. But the stores are not as friendly as other locations of the same brands.
