The shopping center is located right on the canal so you can watch the yachts and other boats go up and down the canal which is fun. Every year during the holidays they have the lighted boat parade which is super fun and well attended. Montecito Plaza is at a great location because you can easily access it off the freeway or if you are going through town. There is a Peet's Coffee across the street if you need to boost your caffeine levels and a Whole Foods Market across the street if you can't find everything you need at TJ's.

Their management office twisted what happened and provided insurance with false information. Regrettably, In good faith I did not call the police to come out for a statement at the time of the incident. Luckily, I did have an eye witness who had provided me with her information at the time of the incident and is willing to testify to what she saw the incident as it happened.
