The siding and gutters on our house were installed 18 years ago. Although the siding had been…read morecleaned prior to 2020 with a garden hose, it had never been professionally washed. As a result, the siding was in need of a good cleaning. We contacted ChicagoLand SoftWash and after providing some pictures of the exterior of the house, they provided us with a cost estimate. Their price seemed reasonable. After being assured there would be no surprise costs added at the end of the job, we agreed to have ChicagoLand Softwash clean our siding, gutters, and downspouts. Tom arrived a few minutes early on the agreed upon day and time and commenced setting up his equipment. Although things moved a bit slower than Tom expected, due to low water pressure from the exterior faucets of our house, he completed the job in less than two hours. When we walked around the exterior of the house for the final inspection of the job, the change in its appearance was striking. In the weeks since the job was completed, we continue to be impressed by how much better our house looks since it was washed. Everything Tom said he would do he did. Tom is very professional and seemed genuinely interested in keeping his customers happy. In summation, we are happy customers and give ChicagoLand SoftWash our enthusiastic recommendation.

Per usual, this was a solid, dependable and efficient company. I would randomly hear them thumping up and down the steps in the evening, diligently shoveling, scraping ice and/or putting down calcium chloride (or salt? not sure which was agreed to?) as needed. Although several owners I know gave them a big thumbs up, I wasn't on the condo board this time around and was concerned that this top-notch company wouldn't be rehired. I think their pricing is reasonable and they are reliable to come out ANY TIME there is snow/ice. In year two, I personally will say they did just as good of a job this year as they did last year. Kudos to them! Highly recommended.
