This place was recommended by a local resident. They specialize in soups of many sorts. Some of the soups offered are various parts of the animal that aren't on most menus. I recommend the lentil soup with chicken. The Piyaz salad had too much vinegar overpowering the dish. The server offers hot butter to top the soup, that is delicious. Very nice local food, if you know what to order. you must…read moretry 'iskembe' you will be asked if you like sauce is fried pan. The right answer is 'yes'. It is butter sauce and it goes well with iskembe soup.
