We ended up getting a fish in salt and we were asked to come over to the showcase and choose the fish. We waited for around 20-30 minutes so I recommend getting a starter if you're really hungry. One thing I can say is the results were worth the wait. 3 waiters brought a huge plate on top of which there was a dish encased in a salt container. They carefully broke the salt container and removed the fish meat from it onto a plate. It was delicious, to say the least. Really moist, a bit salty and the souces that came with it were great.
