Very nice local food, if you know what to order. you must try 'iskembe' you will be asked if you like sauce is fried pan. The right answer is 'yes'. It is butter sauce and it goes well with iskembe soup. read more

This is a Specialty Soup Restaurant also referred to as 'Esnaf Lokantasi' in Turkish…read more Local business owners and shop keepers come to this place to start their day with a cup of soup which happens to be insanely delicious. We went there at 9:30am which was late. The place was still full so we shared a table with some other guests. They said had we been an other half hour late we would not be able to find any left over soup. Great place to start your day with unmatched warmth of central Anatolia and a taste you will not find any where else Reminder only Soup!
