A very nice lady named Mercelle manages it called me the next day confirming my reservation and offered to email me the paperwork to sign because I wasn't close by. On move in day I realized I wasn't going to arrive during business hours so I called her to ask for direction on what to do. She left my unit unlocked for me with a sticky note inside containing instructions I would need. We actually wound up needing a lock after hours (they use a special cylinder lock, take my advice: just buy it from their office and save yourself the hassle) and I called and left a VM that we needed help getting a lock on our unit. The moment Mercelle heard the message she put a lock on our unit and locked it up for us until we arrived to pick up the keys! 10/10 recommend this company and location. They work hard to remove some stress of moving and are very accommodating.

The wall is bowed, seeping, leaning towards the homes, and cracked in multiple places (and it's only six years old) and has been assessed by two professional engineers and has been determined that "it has failed". Yet these owners, in front of the city council in LehI, said that the wall is in great condition. They also have never had the wall inspected by Lehi city. I, for one, would not trust putting my property in their storage units based on the dishonesty and lack of concern for sound construction that wouldn't threaten the safety and well-being of the property and even the citizens.

When the office opened next day, Barb was efficient, friendly and even agreed to just walk us out to where our RV would be stored so we could see the site. She knew we were interested in a different spot on property and that actually became available the next day and she immediately called us and reserved it for us. We moved the RV in late afternoon and she was super efficient at getting us in and getting all the necessary paperwork done. I can't speak to the storage units themselves but the property is very clean, and the price was much better than other less attractive locations. I highly recommend

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were generous and threw in a free lock and gave me a great deal on the first two months. The place is clean and safe. Entry and exit were trouble free. At one point I locked my unit without the pin fully in place, they noticed and gave me a call. I have kids who go to college nearby, if I need to rent again I will definitely be going back here. 10/10 would recommend.
