A very nice lady named Mercelle manages it called me the next day confirming my reservation and offered to email me the paperwork to sign because I wasn't close by. On move in day I realized I wasn't going to arrive during business hours so I called her to ask for direction on what to do. She left my unit unlocked for me with a sticky note inside containing instructions I would need. We actually wound up needing a lock after hours (they use a special cylinder lock, take my advice: just buy it from their office and save yourself the hassle) and I called and left a VM that we needed help getting a lock on our unit. The moment Mercelle heard the message she put a lock on our unit and locked it up for us until we arrived to pick up the keys! 10/10 recommend this company and location. They work hard to remove some stress of moving and are very accommodating.

When the office opened next day, Barb was efficient, friendly and even agreed to just walk us out to where our RV would be stored so we could see the site. She knew we were interested in a different spot on property and that actually became available the next day and she immediately called us and reserved it for us. We moved the RV in late afternoon and she was super efficient at getting us in and getting all the necessary paperwork done. I can't speak to the storage units themselves but the property is very clean, and the price was much better than other less attractive locations. I highly recommend

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were generous and threw in a free lock and gave me a great deal on the first two months. The place is clean and safe. Entry and exit were trouble free. At one point I locked my unit without the pin fully in place, they noticed and gave me a call. I have kids who go to college nearby, if I need to rent again I will definitely be going back here. 10/10 would recommend.

Am correcting my review per response from management: I have…read morewritten highly positive reviews as well as some negative ones, so to be clear I feel I am fair and willing to give praise where it's due. This review is somewhere in the middle. Am giving this business a 3 out of 5 based on the following: Pros: The facility is neat, clean, secure and well organized, access is good and the staff are helpful. Cons: We initially got our unit in May of 2021 for $75/month, a very good rate. 6 months later they raised the rates 25% from $75/month to $95, then raised them again 4 months later at the end of February another 15% to $105/mo. That's a whopping 40% raise in rates in less than a year! I don't appreciate being leveraged for money based on the perception of how inconvenient it will be for a client to relocate their stuff to another facility. If you use these guys, go into it open-eyed and don't be duped by an introductory price that sounds great unless you only plan on being there for a month or two. They will absolutely raise your rates. Recommend finding a contract where you can lock in your rate for the expected duration you plan on storing your stuff, or where the storage facility is at least up front about what rate increases you might expect. This was (in my opinion), opportunist money-grubbing for a client that had planned on storing their belongings for about a year. We're relocating our stuff at the end of the month, and yes, while it's inconvenient, I don't appreciate feeling like I'm being leveraged by someone on the pretense that somehow they have to raise rates to prevent "going under". Seriously? Give me a break. That poor-mouth excuse is hard to sell when this struggling company somehow has enough profits to build a second storage facility right across the highway during a high cost construction boom. I count at least 250 10 X 15 units plus another at least 100 smaller units. Even at 70% occupancy, this translates to gross monthly income of at least $25K on this facility alone. You guys make plenty of profit. Raising rates so grossly at a time where so many people are struggling is a direct reflection on the kind of people you are. I stand by my review. Giving you 3 stars is more than you deserve.

Easily the cleanest, easiest self storage solution in the area. My wife and I were searching for…read moreunits as we were living from Washington and were in need of a temporary storage solution. I reached out to several solutions on the local area of Spanish Fork, Springville, and Mapleton and Simplex was the first to reply. Samantha is the wonderful lady that runs the place and she reached out with all of the information that I needed and was by far the friendliest person I interacted with during my search. Based off of my conversation with Samantha alone, I knew that I would be using Simplex over the others. The units are extremely clean, very tall (10 ft?), are relatively new and very secure with 24/7 monitoring. I was able to rent a 10x15, a 10x10, and a climate controlled 5x5 unit. It was easy to set up, extremely easy to pay and move in, and a breeze to check out. Our stuff was in perfect shape when we checked after having our stuff stored for 4 months through the summer. I can't stress how awesome Samantha was to work with, as silly as it sounds for a storage facility. She was very accommodating to our circumstances, even let me park a Uhaul overnight when I was in a pinch. She'll remember your name and she'll proactively reach out to see if you need anything.
