Shortly after the second job of painting our entire house, the front door which was originally in a stained wood color but the material is made out of fiberglass. We switched to the fiberglass door to be able to uphold the constant, direct heat and sunlight we get hit with. The original stain that was on there held up for many years but it started to fade. We opted to paint it red, which turned out to be a beautiful color and contrast to the colors of the home. But... shortly after job completion I sent RAY photos of the door, clearly showing it was starting to peel and bubble. I'm talking within a months time or less!! He argued back with me that it was not peeling and that it was just artifacts in the door. After repeated attempts to have him come look, you just give up. Well here we are 2 years later and yesterday as I was blowing the front porch off, a huge section of the paint blew right off!! I texted him and of course, no reply! RAY, May the karma come back to you two fold! Do not bother to hire this guy. Once he's paid, and even prior to completing this last job, communication started lapsing. Our home was severely damaged from a huge storm where we had multiple things that needed replacing. He took off in the middle of the job with the siding already taken off the house and for 2 weeks of trying to reach him, he finally responded he was sick with covid. Whatever RAY!! And now our first job completed by him is failing as well. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS JOKER. YOU'LL BE SORRY YOU DID!

Rodrigo did a small handyman job for my rental property. Since I don't live there and can not see…read morethe job myself, I rely on text to communicate with him. When I ask him to take before and after pictures and send to me, he got so offended and say I don't trust him. He spend about 3 hours to replace 2 damaged plywood on the soffit, and claimed he has applied 3 coats of paint. I ask him how can he finish 3 coats in such a short time, again he said I don't trust him and threaten me that he will torn his work down and not willing to return the 50% initial payment. I decide this small job is not that important to fight, so I paid him. I ask him to send me a receipt, he just send me an invoice. I ask him to put a remark that the invoice is paid in full, he did put that sentance in with following: "... You are very difficult. In fact, I dare to say you probably don't even have a wife. You are unbearable..." If you like to be threaten and not be respected, he will be a perfect handyman to hire.

We hired this company to paint the entire interior of our home, a large and expensive project that…read morewe entrusted to professionals. Within weeks, their work began failing in multiple areas -- most notably in the bathrooms -- and it has only continued to deteriorate. As shown in the photos, the paint is actively peeling, cracking, and separating from the surface along ceilings, corners, and flat wall planes. This is not normal wear, and it is not minor touch-up territory. Entire sections of paint are lifting and flaking off. When we first raised concerns about the secondary bathroom shortly after moving in, their representative dismissed the issue as a "ventilation problem," despite the fact that there were no issues before the repaint and this occurred during summer months. They doubled down on this explanation by claiming the master bathroom would not have the same problem due to its size. That explanation quickly collapsed when the master bathroom -- which is very large and has vaulted ceilings -- developed the same cracking and peeling within a month. This clearly points to incorrect paint selection and/or improper surface preparation, particularly a failure to use bathroom-appropriate, moisture-resistant products. At no point were we advised on paint suitability for bathrooms -- something any competent professional painter should proactively address. We used "premium" paint, yet premium paint applied incorrectly or in the wrong environment still fails, which is exactly what happened here. Equally concerning is the lack of accountability. Despite the amount we had just spent, and despite our willingness to pay to resolve the issue correctly, the company made no meaningful effort to fix their work. Beyond the bathrooms, there are additional quality issues throughout the home: visible cracking along ceiling seams, paint splitting along non-corner joints, and unfinished details. Notably, the kitchen baseboards were never painted, with the explanation that they were "part of the cabinets," which is plainly inaccurate and visible in person. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship does not meet professional standards, and the refusal to stand behind the work is even more troubling. Based on both the quality of the results and the response when problems arose, I would not recommend this company to anyone investing serious money into their home.

The crew chief Armando also gave honest recommendations for what to paint/not paint and came to demonstrate all of the possible colors before the project started. Additionally, they were able to give an extremely competitive estimate, and throughout the project gave estimates for additional work we requested. They even talked us out of work that we could have done but were not recommended when they could have just done it and charged us. Payment was easy - credit card or debit card option possible. When they pressure washed, they noticed some of the paint came off the cement around the pool from when we had it painted in May. They found the can in the garage and re-painted it even though it was not part of their scope at all. They didn't cut corners in any way. It was a pleasure to deal with experts. We needed to repaint the exterior of our three story town home - the residence is nearly all brick,…read moreso the painting job was for soffit/facia, window trim, shutters, doors and back deck, with pressure washing to be done prior to the painting. After asking neighbors for recommendations, we chose Flawless. The estimate was straightforward & fairly quick. The job was scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Thursday, they arrived to start pressure washing...and left fairly quickly due to an equipment malfunction. On Friday, they did come back - arriving at 4:55 PM (I know this because I was at home all day long due to illness) and spent 40 minutes "finishing"the pressure washing, promising to be back on Saturday to do all the painting. The pressure washing only resulted in the top coat of pollen being washed away - my husband and I had to hand wash all the window sills Friday evening to ensure they didn't paint over any debris. They came back on Saturday...after going to get the paint, they actually started painting at nearly 10am - then left at 1:30, with less than a third of the house painted, promising to come back on Monday. Of the three days the job was originally supposed to take, they were at the house working for less than a total of six hours. When contacted on Saturday about their early departure, the owner just said that the crew "didn't tell him" they had to leave early. Why should his inability to competently manage his employees become our problem? It shouldn't - but it did. Knowing that there were storms predicted for Sunday through Monday, we pretty firmly insisted on them returning Tuesday. They did...and got another third of the work done, leaving at 4:45. The saga continues - they came back on Wednesday to complete the job. Knowing it was supposed to be finished, my husband called the owner and asked him to meet at our house during midday todo a walkthrough. The response my husband received was that the owner doesn't do walkthroughs - the crew does. Given their track record of leaving early, we were concerned that they wouldn't be there when we arrived home. Fortunately, we got there as they were packing up and asked the leader to do a walk through with us and we found that the quality of the job was not to our expectations - specifically: nearly every window had paint that oozed up on the Interior and had spread along the seam at the window lock and along the inside of the window frames; nearly all windows had paint on the glass that hadn't been wiped/scraped off; not all the screens had been replaced and none had been cleaned/rinsed off; they dumped watery paint a) right next to the house, b) next to and on our azaleas and ornamental grasses c) on the rocks in our dry river bed and d) on our fence...our BLACK fence. After seeing this, my husband insisted the crew stay to scrape the paint off the glass and remove the paint that had oozed up. They did some of it, promising to come back tomorrow and complete the clean up - note, however, that their clean up of the oozed exterior paint removed both it AND the interior paint on the window frame. As the house was built only 3 and a half years ago, the interior paint was in good shape, but now we have to repaint window frames on the inside. We spent the evening cleaning screens, trying to clean the rocks in our dry river bed and cleaning our fence. The paint isn't coming off the rocks in our dry river bed and I have real concerns that the watery paint dumped in the yard will harm or kill some of our landscaping. We spent a sizeable amount of money having the backyard professionally landscaped, so needless to say I am NOT PLEASED. Later, we saw that they left the cans of remaining paint in our front landscaping, crushing the ornamental grasses planted there. Yes, I talked to the owner, who's reaction was less than service oriented. He didn't address the fact that the crew took over twice as long to do the job, said latex paint won't kill bushes (time will tell), and said they normally dump watery leftover paint on the clients premises under pine straw. Candidly, while I did feel that a discount would be appropriate, what I really wanted was for the owner to take ownership and accountability, listen to my concerns and acknowledge and apologize for not doing a proper job This company did not live up to the recommendation from our neighbor, created more work for us (interior painting) and has damaged the hardscape and possibly plants in our yard. Our expectations as a client are pretty straightforward: 1) show up when you say you're going to 2) put in a full day's work 3) do the kind of job you'd want done on your own house To all business owners out there - if you honestly do all of the above, I promise you that you can charge a higher price & we customers WILL PAY IT to get reliable and quality service.
