I would like to start off by saying Pablo's has been on our regular take out rotation for a long time because it's been so consistent and good. Unfortunately the last two times it's been terrible. about a month ago we got it and the meat was chewy and slimy at the same time and it wasn't shredded. We were leery trying it again. This time there was hardly any chicken in the enchiladas - and instead of other big chewy slimy chunks there's were tiny piece. The mole sauce recipe changed for the much worse and the rice tasted different too. I hope someone knows the owner and they can right the ship and go back to the original recipes and quality. read more

Hands down the BEST Mexican food in the Merrimack Valley. Yesterday my wife and I stopped in and ordered tacos, tamales, flautas, and their pizzabirria, and everything was incredible. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and packed with that homemade touch you just don't get anywhere else. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the flautas had the right amount of crunch, and the pizzabirria was out of this world--oozing with flavor and absolutely delicious. The staff was welcoming and the service was quick, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. I stopped into Pablo's for lunch recently. It was my 1st time. I have been to their food truck several times at the Riverwalk in Lawrence so I needed to try their brick and motar restaurant. I always get my favorate standby...enchillada's verde with chicken. It came out quickly, piping hot with rice and refried beans. It was stopped iwth a bit of fresh pico de gallo. Pablo's opened their physical restaurant in a former Dunkin' in North Andover. Their popular taco truck Pablo's Tacos & Burritos also operates in Lawrence. The space was redone nicely with new wood flooring, forest green painted walls, order counter with menu screens, and table seating inside the restaurant and an outside patio with tables in front of the building. They also offer online ordering through Toast. They offer a variety of tacos, specialty tacos, burritos, bowls, flautas, tortas, tamales, quesadillas, gorditas, taco salads, fajitas, chilaquiles, camarones, desserts, and more. For drinks, they offer cooler drinks such as bottled water, sodas, and Jarritos. The pricing seems fair. I placed an online order recently and ordered a Birria Burrito Bowl ($14 plus tax) and an Elote Loco ($5 plus tax). My order was ready for pickup at the counter in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed my order outside since it was sunny and warm. The burrito bowl (in a rectangular takeout box) was a good portion which had soft rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, corn, red onions, cilantro and soft & tender birria (stewed beef). This burrito bowl was so good and very filling to eat. The Elote Loko, corn on the cob on a stick smothered with mayo, cheese and tajin, was a bit messy to eat, but very good overall. There are more choices on the menu I would try out on future visits to Pablo's including their tacos del mar, tamales, tortas, and tres leches cake. read more

Hello! Pablo's is a fine establishment that is generally new to New to North Andover! All of the options are great at Pablo's from tamales to quesabirria. And everything in between that. They have margaritas now that they got their license (last time I went they didn't have it). The service at Pablo's is mui bien! And I haven't got his name maybe Pablo but there is always a nice old man working behind the counter who seems like the manager. Rest of service is good and there is tiny language barrier but it's mostly understandable! Great fast tacos and Mexican with a great atmosphere! I would say if you are in the area and want quick Mexican this is the place to go but if you want to sit down you should go to casa Blanca! Overall decent Mexican food and is always a charm to try something new! read more

Ordered food from here 1 week ago, on the recommendation of a friend. Food was SO good (even the rice was flavorful, with celery or onion pieces in it) that I returned today with my son. Easy to find parking nearby. The restaurant is nicely decorated, neat and clean. On top of all that, they even have tres leches cake and horchata!!!! read more

This is bad. Real bad. The neat is oupy like cat food, and there are so many chunks of chewy hard fat in the ground beef.
