    Tacos Mexican Style
    David D.

Hands down the BEST Mexican food in the Merrimack Valley. Yesterday my wife and I stopped in and ordered tacos, tamales, flautas, and their pizzabirria, and everything was incredible. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and packed with that homemade touch you just don't get anywhere else. The tacos were perfectly seasoned, the flautas had the right amount of crunch, and the pizzabirria was out of this world--oozing with flavor and absolutely delicious. The staff was welcoming and the service was quick, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. If you're anywhere in the Merrimack Valley and craving Mexican food, don't waste your time anywhere else--Pablo's is the real deal.

I stopped into Pablo's for lunch recently. It was my 1st time. I have been to their food truck several times at the Riverwalk in Lawrence so I needed to try their brick and motar restaurant. I always get my favorate standby...enchillada's verde with chicken. It came out quickly, piping hot with rice and refried beans. It was stopped iwth a bit of fresh pico de gallo. It was very tastey and filling. Perfect size for lunch and a decent price as well. Service was very friendly and pleasant. THe restaurant was very clean and modern on the inside.

I am always impressed every time I come to Pablo's. Employees are kind and efficient and the food is just delicious. I tried a strawberry margarita today and loved it! I also tried the barbacoa burrito bowl and was not disappointed. So grateful for quality Mexican food in North Andover, keep it up Pablo's

We went after the farmers market, nice & cool inside. Small place, maybe 15 tables & a small area outside but it was to hot. I got the burrito, GF got tacos, we both enjoyed them. We will be back for takeout prob.

Ordered food from here 1 week ago, on the recommendation of a friend. Food was SO good (even the rice was flavorful, with celery or onion pieces in it) that I returned today with my son. Easy to find parking nearby. The restaurant is nicely decorated, neat and clean. On top of all that, they even have tres leches cake and horchata!!!!

This is bad. Real bad. The neat is oupy like cat food, and there are so many chunks of chewy hard fat in the ground beef.

I went for the poblano chile, which was absolutely delicious--perfectly stuffed with great texture and draped in a red sauce that made me want to lick the plate (I refrained, but barely). My husband ordered the tacos al pastor on blue corn tortillas with avocado crema, and based on the speed at which they disappeared, I'd say they were a hit. The rice side dish was so good we were both fighting over the last bites--who knew rice could cause marital discord? Drinks were on point too. He enjoyed his beer, and I was living my best life with a spicy margarita rimmed with tajin. Chef's kiss. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, and our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. We're already planning our next visit. Bandoleros, we'll be back!

Their parking lot is very spacious so that made it extra convenient. We were greeted as soon as we entered and were brought to the bar area. Our server Joel promptly greeted us and took our drink order. When it came to appetizer, we were going to go with guacamole and chips. Joel asked us if we wanted a recommendation and he suggested getting the guacamole with chicharron. I was not sure about it but was glad we went for it. The pork rind added a different taste experience and I'm glad I tried it. For my main course, I went with carne asada. My steak was perfectly cooked and tender. Rice and beans were good. For dessert, we wanted to try their churros. Neither one of us was impressed with our shared dessert. So probably wouldn't order churros again. There was lively music playing in the background. Place wasn't very busy and service was great.

Our server took about 10 minutes to come over, but he brought our drinks out fast. We both ordered the Ceviche Campechano, which was good -- I've had other ceviches that packed more lemon and cilantro flavor, but this one still hit the spot. It came with saladita crackers, which felt weird at first, but ended up working really well. The service went downhill from there, though. It took forever for our server to check on us after the food came. Eventually, I noticed he was also bartending, which explained a lot. The place got packed while we were there, and drink orders were nonstop. He didn't come back, and I had to flag someone else down to ask for him, but he still never came. We decided to share dessert and got the churros with vanilla ice cream. The portion was good for sharing, but the churros were hard as a rock and impossible to eat. The ice cream was okay, nothing special. We asked for the check as soon as the dessert came because, at that point, we knew it'd take another 20 minutes to get it, and we were right. The whole thing ended up taking about 3.5 hours, which was way too long for what it was. It was hard to hear each other as the pace kept getting packed and the music was getting louder. Parking is decent. Street parking is free after 6 pm (Monday-Saturday), and I think they have a small lot behind the restaurant, but I've never used it. Honestly, the food was good, but the slow service and crazy wait times really ruined the night. I get that they were busy and understaffed, but it still shouldn't have taken that long. Not sure if I'd go back anytime soon.
