    My son and I moved from Florida because of a work transfer. We found a place on Zillow managed by…read moreOhio Elite Management. We paid the fees, deposit, first month rent, and transferred the utilities. We arrived in Ohio having paid for the apartment. Ohio Elite was aware we were enroute. We arrived in Ohio and Ohio Elite would not answer phone calls. We had to stay 2 nights in a hotel before getting a code for the door. They told us the keys would be in the freezer of the fridge. There was no refrigerator at all. It took 2 days to get a fridge and 4 days to get keys. The apartment was filthy and infested with roaches. Less than a month into our tenancy on March 3, 2026; the we had a gas leak. Columbus Gas had to shut off the gas because of the leak. The Management company did not answer or return calls. The fire alarms and CO² detectors went off on March 3rd too. The fire department came out and as best they could tell it was related to gas expelled after shut off. March 4 the plumber fixed the leaks and the gas was turned on, however; the ignitor on the water heat failed. The gas company red tagged the water heater. Ohio Elite again refused to return calls. Columbus code enforcement came and inspected the house and there are a number of violations. There is a light switch for the bathroom inside the shower surround. Ohio Elite has done nothing to remedy any of the issues. This company is not customer friendly once they get their money. They do not care about the filth and squalor they leave their tenants in with no recourse or remedy. I would never deal with this company.

    Towne properties sold the HOA management to Elite Management Services a few months ago…read more Nothing has gone correctly and the customer service is beyond horrible. I filed a BBB complaint and they just replied that I was a customer. Here's a short list of their issues: 1. Wrong Customer - I am the owner of the property and have been for over a year. EMS was sending notices to the prior owner for MONTHS. It took 4.5 months for them to correct that. Then they insist there's no duplicate of me in the system yet I get double the mails and double emails. 2. HOA Bank - They outsourced direct deductions to First Citizens. Elite helped me set it up. It turns out that a) they told me wrong how to set it up b) EMS canceled their relationship with First Citizens and did not tell me. Canceling my monthly auto deduct without telling me is HORRIBLE. I would not notice as it was on AUTO! 3. Letter - they sent me a delinquent letter which sounded wrong b/c i was on auto-deduct. I called their number and they said there's no problem. I said really? Your letter says there's a problem. They said - no problem - all is good! 4. Another month passes I call again - nobody answers the phone. I file a BBB complaint. They tell BBB I am not a customer. They don't bother to call or email me directly. All incorrect. 5. Billing - somewhere along the way they changed from monthly billing to annual or semi annual without any real communication other than "You owe XXX." Remember at towne properties i paid one monthly fee, religiously, recurring, no problem. 6 . I asked for a Sr. Manager - Joshua Reyes contacts me. He does not acknowledge any of their issues. He refuses to acknowledge they sent info to the wrong owner. Refuses to acknowledge they double message me all the time or I might have a duplicate account. Refuses to discuss First Cititzens b/c they "have nothing to do with them." He refuses to acknowledge the change in billing without notifying the customer. He refuses to acknowledge their poor BBB response previously. So i filed another complaint on BBB b/c last time they said I didn't exist. I asked for the owner to call me. I am not paying any delinquent amount due to their errors and ommissions. In short I have been trying to pay on time and follow up to letters religiously. Note that many neighbors i pass on a walk comment that their billing is also all messed up and they can not reconcile it. DO NOT EVER USE Elite Management Services.

To clarify, we have never spoken or met, to my knowledge, and you may not have even been aware of our property prior to reading my review. That suggests one of two possibilities: either an uninformed response was posted, or the negligence of your agent remains unaddressed. For example, the "final walkthrough" referenced in your response never occurred. Irongate was terminated before any such walkthrough could take place, and the property was not accessed until the new property manager retrieved the keys.     I have been a tenant in a property managed by Bridgestream Property Management for approximately…read more3.5 years. During this time, I've experienced persistent unprofessionalism and neglect. Communication was extremely difficult--calls, voicemails, and emails often went unanswered, and promised callbacks rarely happened. Bridgestream frequently changed staff without informing tenants. Property managers came and went without notice, and roles were never clarified. As a result, messages, emails, and voicemails often went unreturned because those individuals no longer worked there or their role had changed--leaving our concerns in a void. They also switched maintenance systems multiple times without notice, causing past requests and documentation to disappear. We had to resubmit issues repeatedly causing further delays. These included plumbing problems, a persistently wet and flooded basement, structural foundation damage, recurring leaks, and serious electrical concerns.Often, using "bandaid fixes" rather than resolving the root of the problem, so the same issues would resurface. Many problems were ultimately overlooked or unresolved, even for years. In April 2025, the basement flooded again, requiring the power to be shut off in order to pump out the water. However, power was not restored for nearly three weeks, forcing us to temporarily relocate. During this time, communication from management was minimal, despite multiple attempts to reach them for updates. Overall, Bridgestream Property Management demonstrated a lack of transparency, accountability, and concern for tenant well-being. Their negligence resulted in significant stress, displacement, and potential health risks due to poor air quality and likely mold. Despite repeated opportunities to address these issues, they failed to provide timely or adequate solutions.

    The property next door is owned and managed by Bridgestream Property Management in Kettering. DO…read moreNOT do business with this company! They do not manage their properties! I reported a large tree limb on their property months ago, early last fall that was breaking and ready to fall at any time. The renters also reported the problem to Bridgestream Property Management. This limb has now fallen into my yard and is blocking my fence. It could have seriously injured or killed someone. I was very fortunate that my dog wasn't in the yard and seriously injured or killed. Incompetent company! Beware!
