I was impressed by Angels energy and attention to detail. Super nice guy too! He worked all day on…read moretwo cars and they appeared beautifully detailed. BUT the next day in daylight I discovered he missed both interior trunks and edging around the trunk lid. Also he missed the gas fill interior (under the flap) and on both cars the windshield cowl (beneath the hood upper edge) was full of tree debris. Angel said "he doesn't do the engine." The cowl is not the engine! Overall I'd give him a 7 out of 10 but for $475. for two small cars I really expected much more. I would have had him out every year,... but I ended up disappointed in these two detailing jobs. To be fair Angel said he'd come back to complete the detailing but I said not to. We then instead agreed to a discounted price,...but Angel never sent any refund at all. He ghosted me. I honestly think he over extended himself trying to detail two cars in one day. This is an honest review of a nice guy learning his trade; he'll get there I'm sure. Give him a try but really check out your car before you settle up. I paid up front which I'll never do again.

He accommodated my schedule and there was no wasted time. He started the job at the appointed time and got it done promptly. There were no unpleasant surprises. He stuck to his estimates and did excellent work. I will be taking the car back to get the other work done soon and for all future maintenance. Chi runs a clean well-appointed shop. He's honest, up-front and personable. His prices are fair and I was impressed by how efficiently he rounded up the parts for my oddball car and the care he took to explain the repairs. I also checked out his stock of tires and he has a really smart selection at very competitive prices so I'll be buying my next set there. UPDATE: When I was ready for new tires I researched online trying to find a set with rugged sidewalls. The few models I found were not available locally or not available in the size I needed. While trying to decide between compromising what I wanted or paying extra to have tires shipped, I got an email from Chi with a recommendation that was even better than my original choices--at a great price.
