I was first introduced to Bristol & Taylor garage last summer through a friend, and found the…read morebusiness to be above board, and quite professional. Inspection in July of this year, I again was quite impressed with the personnel and pleased with the service. Today I went to the garage because of a squeal in my brakes, and with a cross country vacation just weeks away, I needed to re-check that squeal. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am and by 9:45 am, my car was presented to me with a clean bill of health, and "no charge." What I witnessed was concern for my vehicle and a professional attitude and advice from an experienced team of mechanics, who put my safety and concern without the need to charge for it. I made this appointment just days ago, and despite their busy schedule, squeezed me in. I would go to no other garage and will call continue to recommend them to all the people I know.

I did NOT want to go to Firestone because they are overpriced and was relieved when I looked up to see the Z Brothers Auto Center logo. I asked the guy there if they could look at my car, he told me he would ask his boss to drive it around because he would know better as he had 30 years experience. He drove it around the lot and said "okay flat tire, right side". I went inside to wait with my boyfriend. 5 minutes later he comes out and says "You're all set, it was a rock in your tire you're good to go". Didn't charge me or anything. I came back a few day later to get my spark plugs changed, and also asked if they could look to see why my engine was stalling when it wasn't warmed up (turns out it was a bunch of dust collected on my engine). They cleaned it and fixed my spark plugs in 45 min. I'll be coming back here for more, they have pretty decent prices and quality service.

When I pointed out that I had already waited nearly an hour and a half, Steve just muttered "sorry" and walked away from me mid-conversation. At that point, I decided to leave and ask for my keys back. When I asked where my car was parked, Steve vaguely gestured "there" and walked away a second time. I went out to look, and my car wasn't anywhere near the spot he pointed to. I had to go back inside and confront him again because my car was completely missing from that area.
