We enjoyed the massage chairs, sushi, dessert, bento box, dranks and service. When we arrived in our uber a bellhop came with a bell cart and took our luggage across the street in LAX to a fancy lobby like a nice hotel has. They checked us in and did the passport check and then took our bigger bags for us to be checked. The private security has dancing TSA agents. After that we just enjoyed! Cannot wait to have this experience again!

If you are arriving internationally, be prepared for a long walk, but then everything is a long walk at LAX. (And don't believe them when they tell you that gate 26 is a 5 minute walk) Upon entering the serene space, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a table. This isn't the overpacked lounge with scroungy looking fruit and cups of yoplait. No, you order from a menu. I wish I'd had time to really peruse the menu - due to delays, our 3 hour layover was reduced to less than an hour. Because of time constraints, we both ordered a breakfast croissant. Perfectly scrambled eggs, thick crispy bacon, cheddar and avacado all nestled in a large, fresh croissant. Delicious. As it was breakfast time, a lovely display of morning baked goods, both sweet and savory, were displayed for your choosing. There are small bags if you are just running through. We tried a jam bar and a palmier - both were also delicious. Mimosas were freely flowing and the bar was open. Cappuccinos, lattes, flat whites and even plain old regular black coffee is available. Just ask. There is an outdoor seating area that I would have loved to have had time to sit and enjoy. You have to check out the bathrooms - my husband was oddly excited about the individual stalls. I'm now sitting in a Sky Club in Atlanta. I'd normally be happy as could be, but now it's a bit of a let down. It's time to just shake off the fairyland of flying Delta One and come back to my Southwest Airlines basic fare lifestyle. I'm just going to sit here and stay on my private little isle a few minutes longer ...

The staff were friendly, and the food and drinks were basic, but the overall experience was not worth it. In hindsight, I would have been better off spending my $35 eating at a restaurant in the terminal or taking the shuttle to the Centurion Lounge, where I could have entered for free. What really ruined the experience was another guest who was visibly intoxicated and repeatedly yelling at the television during the England vs. Mexico match. He mistakenly assumed I was Mexican (I'm Pacific Islander) and directed comments toward me throughout the game. I thought the staff had removed him, but when I went to the quiet seating area to relax, he was there again continuing to be disruptive. The purpose of an airport lounge is to provide a peaceful, comfortable place to unwind before a flight. Unfortunately, this lounge failed to deliver that experience, and I would not pay for access again.

One of my cards reimburses me for ancillary fees (lounges, inflight food & drink, et al), so I decided to give this lounge a whirl. Positives: They have hot food vs Terminal 4 that had no hot food when I flew AA in May, 2025; The lounge is more spacious vs Terminal 4; The food was pretty good, but should have included more hot food like scrambled eggs, bacon, et al; Showers; Negatives: $79 daily fee. United charges $59, but their LAX lounge is much larger and has more hot food; The fee in relation to the offerings is misaligned. For the price, they should have more offerings; I plan on flying AA more bc of service and price. I also plan on getting AA's top card that includes an Admirals Club membership. Then I don't have to worry about the high daily use fee.

It was a pleasant surprise and everyone was friendly and welcoming. For the size of that Admirals Club, it really packed a punch. Overall, a great spot to relax a few mins before my flight.

My gate was 30A, closer to the Delta One, but not far from this Sky Club. You walk in and the lounge is vast with a lot of seating options, inside and outside. They have complimentary showers near the clean restroom, which I did not see, but the sign directs you. I grabbed a complimentary IPA from the bar and checked out the buffet. Normally, the buffets at Sky Clubs have a very reliably good chicken salad sandwich, which was missing. Instead, they had a pinwheel chipotle beef wrap sandwich that was good. I debated taking one to go as well, but decided against it. They had a nice mixed greens salad and an excellent and noteworthy broccoli bacon salad with red grapes and some type of creamy dressing. They also had pork carnitas from the hot side of the buffet. In addition, they had these mixed berry shortcakes served in mini Mason jars. They had strawberry shortcake served similarly on the East Coast. The brownies and rice krispie squares were good as well. This is why I declined to take another chipotle beef pinwheel to go. Sitting outside was a great option to exercise. If you're an aviation geek, you can geek out here watching B747s, A380s, B777s, B787s, and A350s around their smaller siblings. The bouquet of jet fuel, the whine and roar of high bypass turbofans and APUs, and orchestrated startups, are perfect accompaniments to whatever you are eating and drinking. 4.3 stars

Some clubs feature private booths for conducting confidential calls and even offer massage services. Passengers flying in premium SkyTeam cabins and Delta passengers with certain credit cards can access the club. I have been flying Delta for a number of years but wasn't aware of Delta Sky Club until COVID. Back then, terminal seating, bathroom access, and restaurant options were limited, and Sky Clubs offered ample, comfortable seating along with meals. Overall, they provided materially better amenities. It was during this time that the Terminal 3 Sky Club was built. This is one of the best Delta Sky Clubs in the United States. If you have time before or after your flight, I recommend coming here to relax. This club, along with all other Sky Clubs, is always cleaner and much better smelling than the terminal, though it can be crowded during peak times. As a newer flagship club, it is beautifully and elegantly decorated. The staff is very friendly and polite. If there is room, try to pick a seat facing the runway and enjoy watching planes land and take off. Safe travels!

It turned out to be the perfect place to relax, enjoy breakfast, and escape the noise and crowds of the busy airport. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. The lounge was clean, quiet, and comfortable, creating a much more relaxing atmosphere than the bustling terminal outside. There was a nice assortment of breakfast items and beverages available, with plenty of options to start the day. One thing I really appreciated was the spacious layout. The lounge is thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a sense of privacy, even when multiple travelers are using the space. There are also shower facilities available for those looking to freshen up between flights before reaching their final destination. Overall, the Flagship Lounge helped turn a frustrating travel situation into a much more pleasant experience. Comfortable seating, good food, attentive staff, and a peaceful environment made all the difference. If you have access, this is definitely the way to travel.

In one word: disappointed. THE FOOD: While there were more options than a typical lounge, quantity didn't make up for quality. The food simply didn't compare to the Centurion Lounge in taste or execution. Even more surprising, several items ran out and sat empty for a while before staff noticed or replenished them. THE SERVICE: This was a mixed bag. On the positive side, when I asked about a specific item being restocked, the manager personally brought out a fresh plate of my favorite dish, which was appreciated. That said, the overall attentiveness felt inconsistent (see below). THE AMBIANCE: It's definitely more private and feels a bit more "exclusive"... but not necessarily more comfortable. The main seating area was extremely warm. When I asked about it, I was told it was due to the sun pouring in through the large windows. Unfortunately, that didn't make the experience any less uncomfortable--I was genuinely miserable trying to relax before my flight. Bottom line: For the premium price, I expected a noticeably elevated experience across the board. Instead, it felt like a modest upgrade in space, but a downgrade in comfort and food quality. Not worth the hype or the cost.
