Pretty good walk in experience during COVID. I called ahead to see if they were taking appts for a pedicure and eye brows and there was an opening 30 minutes from when I called. At the present time, they only take CASH, so make sure you have it. There is a PNC Bank / ATM behind the building where this is located. Pretty empty on a Saturday @1PM. There were 2 women who were getting their nails dried and more who came in after me to just get eye brow waxing. My pedicure was relaxing and my toes look good. Eyebrow wax was accompanied by a razor trim. My eye brows look great! My gel fill looks good also. Also, my thumb has chipped a little in the last 2 days. Everything looked cleaned, they also cleaned and wiped down every station after someone used it. Relaxing atmosphere. I recommend! read more

PLEASE DON'T GO!!!!. The first thing she said to me was have you been here before because I don't know you and I want to tell you first the price is $85. It's only high because I don't know you. I sat there contemplating. She goes on to say "You don't have to get your nails done." The experience was 30 minutes that included her asking if I wanted my nails cut down and never did it and never shaped my nails!!!! As she put a tiniest slither of acrylic on the nails. This was by far the WORST experience at a nail salon I've ever had. So bad I am writing this review which I never do. I called and booked an apt for a gel mani and pedi. When I got to the salon at 6pm they were cleaning up though they had an hour til closing. The woman confirmed that I was doing a gel mani and pedi and I picked my color. She started with my gel mani and did it in 6 minutes. Extremely rushed no cuticle cut, etc. I asked if she could do my cuticles. She said sure and did them again very quickly. Then asked me to wash my hands. When I got back from washing my hands she told me she had a family Energency and could not do my toes after all. I asked if the other woman could do them since we still had 45 min til closing. She said no because of the family emergency. She also clarified that she only had my apt down as a mani and no pedi and because of that she could not do the pedi. She said she had taken the apt for her coworker who had left early due to a family emergency. I said "you all have family emergencies?" She said no "I don't I have a party to go to and I can't do your pedicure". Unfortunately I was hopping on a flight for a wedding the next morning and all other salons were closing in now 30 minutes. When I went to pay she said they were cash only and I said I don't have cash and she said very rudely to look at the walls there are cash only signs everywhere. I told her I would run to the atm and come right back. I was gone f or maybe a minute and started to receive text messages from the woman to come back and pay her. Regardless of the horrible experience... my nails look embarrassing. Do yourself a favor and put stick on nails from Walgreens before going here. read more

Horrible service! They rushed on my daughters toes half of the nails weren't painted and was very sloppy, I told them to redo. They refused to do her nails. They rush and not even busy. I'd rather drive 30 minutes then to waste my time & money here again. read more

I went in for a color change and the girl didn't file my nails or shape them. She said if I shape them it's called a manicure, um NEGATIVE! The paint job was a mess I told her two times I didn't like it and she just put more paint on top, my nails were still showing on the sides. I don't think I should ever have to come out of a professional nail salon ever disappointed! I didn't even want to tell people I paid the polish change, I told a few I did it myself. This place... Wow!! Not the cleanest of places by far. I don't know how they get away with their practices. She tried to charge me $40 For a Fill and a eyebrow wax. 1st time it was $35. A fill usually includes a trim down. I've been getting my nalis done for over 20 yr. NEVER have I been charged extra for a trim down on a Fill. She was rude. And the last time the work was shabby. Very disappointed. Take the extra time and try anywhere but Chestertown. read more

I live in Chestertown and this is the best nail salon they have around here! The staff is great and my nails always turn out very nice and last quite a long time! We don't have many choices in Chestertown but I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this place. I went with my mom and they were very rude. She didn't even file/trim her nails for a gel manicure and treated us very poorly. Honestly speaking, their services are subpar and over priced. Go somewhere else. read more

This is really one of two options in Chestertown if you want a "nail salon". Some of the day spas and hair salons also do nails though and are probably a better option. But to be fair to P Nails, in reference to Tiara's comment, a polish change should not include a nail shaping. If there is a jagged edge, then maybe that should be fixed but a polish change is just old polish off new polish on. I work in the industry (I'm not a nail tech but I manage them) and that's the standard. read more

This is the worst nail salon I have been to. I sat down in the pedicure chair at 11:50 and was done and set down to dry at 12:15. No massage just a little pat down, did not clean under the nails and the shaping was non-existant. The nails are not even straight. Also still have calluses and patches of dry skin on my heels. Decided to not let them touch my fingers since people will see them and I pride myself on beautiful nails. Would not recommend this place at all. read more

THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! They robbed me. This is the most expensive nail shop with mediocre nails & not worth it at all pedis. It's not like they are doing extra things or providing excellent service, they are just charging a crazy amount to do nails and pedis. Today, I just spent $100! Yes, you read that right ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for what? Soak off $10 (she said it usually $15), full set of overlay $45, design on 4 nails ($10), Spa pedi (because the advertised price of $25 on the wall which was why I got it was only to shape the nails & paint them), then design on my big toes $5. I know you could think I got all the extras but where I'm from, this all comes to $60 max. Then it was just ok nails & they left clay in my legs & feet! The designs are the most basic, just lines. They did not even put lotion on my feet at all. The pedicure was not even that good & the older woman that did it was not even friendly. The younger woman even said "this is much cheaper in Chicago". You damn right it is! No need to trip because I should have asked before I sat my beautiful self down in the chair but trust they won't be seeing me again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, save your money & find something else. read more

I really enjoyed my spa pedicure and manicure today. They didn't have a gel polish to match my toes which was the only bummer and the thumb nails were a little thick on the polish which took a long time to dry but otherwise they were very good. I will be back! read more

P Nails provides excellent service. I come at least monthly. Their prices are always reasonable and their manis and pedis are well done. Amy and her mom are the main providers. They are perfectionists. Amy's mom put five coats of color on my toes so they would all be even. I always use five different colors and sometimes some are lighter then others so they always make sure they are evened up. I don't have polish on my hands but they always make sure to take good care of the cuticles and buff them. Although Amy's mom doesn't speak a lot of English she is as sweet as can be. I will miss coming here when I move back to Philadelphia. read more

I took a friend here for her birthday. I heard great things about it but was very disappointed in my manicure. The nails were different lengths, and uneven and one had a dimple in it. Some of them were crooked. I ended up ripping the acrylic nails off just 4 days later because they were so horribly done. Will never go here again. Very disappointed. read more

Sorry, but I don't recommend going here. It's a waste of money. I paid $25 for a pedi and all I got was my toe nails cut and a polish. The lady who performed the pedi service was lazy, and I believe it was more important for her to protect her own (fake) polished nails from getting messed up then it was for her to do her job. The polish job was even poorly done because the polish was all around the skin of my toes. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the young lady who seemed to be managing the place, she said "well you pay $25 now and go somewhere else the next time." I will be sure to follow her advice about going elsewhere the next time, but my advice for Chestertown P.Nails is to improve by hiring a mature person to manage this place, someone who knows what customer service means. read more

My first time at this salon and I felt very rushed. My nails show that they were rushed I will never go back. Talk about throwing money out the window. I only received a nail fill and I paid 35.00 plus tip. That's crazy I have never paid that much. Save your time and money next time I will drive out if my way and go somewhere better. read more

Worst place Ive ever been in my life!!! My nails look horrible and are chipping and breaking after only one week (acrylic)!!! I went back and showed them my nails and complained and their response was to go some place else!! They had no desire to correct their work or try to make the problem better!!
