We stopped here on our way to Amish Country. I was overwhelmed by the amount of gift items in this huge building. I spent over an hour here and bought a ton of things from the gift area and the outlet area. I love that they make the little wood signs here. I will be back and hopefully won't feel as rushed as I did with my group making over, under bets on how much I was going to spend. Haha! I have been back several times now and I always find something for someone. This place is always decorated so nicely. The employees are friendly and helpful. read more

Probably the nicest home decor place we have been to! Extremely clean and well maintained The customer service of this place is outstanding. The prices are also very well marked! The quality of the products is well made, most probably because they are hand made with pride in the USA! We certainly hope to be back again! read more

This store is very large and overwhelming. I've seen it a million times driving on Route 30, but never really stopped. It is also a little confusing to get to, once you get off the main road. The entrance is kind of hidden. I am not really big on word art to decorate my home, but they did have some cool things on sale. The "word art" (quotes and quirky sayings in the form of wall art) seems to be a big part of their inventory. But the sale was amazing- 70% off as a matter of fact. So I bought four mugs and a pineapple "Welcome" sign for my home for like 12 bucks. That is pretty amazing. This store is a religious-based establishment, and while I am not very religious, and likely would not come here often, they also had some things that would appeal to anyone. Worth checking out if they are having a sale of this type again. Also- I wish I would have taken a photo, but there appeared to be a big beautiful lake outside with a playground. If we hadn't been so tired, we would have checked it out! read more

When heading to Amish country nowadays you need several days to get it all in. That is why we chose to make one big trip around P Graham Dunn. This was my first visit and I was glad that I had my friends along as my guides. You immediately walk into an expansive large two-story entrance. They have an area where you can overlook items being customized which is cool and fun for the kids. The store itself is on the second floor and while you can walk up the large well appointed staircase they also have elevators. Grab a cart because you are going to need it. My thrifty friends encouraged us to start in the farthest point within the store. you'll have a chance to walk through and get an idea of the many wood carvings and inspirational wood plaques and signs but the real deep discount "deals" are in the far far back. Just keep walking through the first first discount area into the warehouse and you'll be there. Many items are under $5 here and if you are buying gifts this area is great. Next as you start walking back to the front is a semi discounted area. Prices are lower but not as cheap as the far back warehouse area. Now if you Want to customize your gifts then I suggest purchasing from the full price items because here's the great part anything you buy full price can be customized and or personalized for free. They will not customize from the discount areas. This was a fun store. They have a Huge catalog of items to purchase from so grab one on your way out. read more

Home Decor? ... Do we have to go in? Well heck. It was a lot of fun inside those humble exterior doors. This business is growing by leaps and bounds. In fact they can hardly keep up with the growth. So if you are in the area be sure to stop in. Because before long this family run business may go national. Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself a little. Inside you will be greeted with magnificent pair of staircases and a nice sitting area for those that just need a 'break'. So take a moment and appreciate the view. Upstairs is a bustling hive of activity. We had gone in during the Christmas Holiday season so it was very festive and cozy. Many items you buy can be personalized with engravings. Offerings ranged from wall hangings, drink-ware, hats, accessories, mugs, nick-knacks, and lots lots more. Be sure to stop in and see the memorial Chapel down by the water. It was put in place for the daughter of the owners who passed from cancer if I have my facts right. Recently built by one of the local builders in the area. read more

I used to live in Orrville and I always saw this factory and I was genuinely curious one day when I was visiting family up that way to visit this factory. Man it was so amazing to see how big this place truly is. The ground floor is all the factory where they make the signs and artwork they display on the second floor. They have beautiful grand staircases to greet you as you walk in. Their wood artwork is hung all over the walls and it's huge too. It makes you wonder how they even got that on the walls like they did. Then once you go up their stairs or elevator then you are greeted by friendly employees at the desk. There are four rooms of different kinds of artwork, sayings, pictures, engravings with all different themes. Every-time I've come to this factory they rotate all their stuff around to make it so you see something new. I've bought so many things from this place to help decorate my house. I'm not specifically religious but the pictures are just so beautiful I end up buying it anyways. You can also find some great discounted stuff in the back of the store and you can also create your own wood work and they give you the blank wood pallets or canvases you can buy. There is all different sized artwork and sayings as well picture frames that you really can find anything to fit any space in the house. As I said I love this place, it's such a fun place to find something to fit your house or even a gift to give to someone else. You will not be disappointed.!!!! read more

Stumbled upon this place due to a detour around smuckers. We thought maybe we would find furniture here but it is 99% wooden signs. Signs saying almost anything you can imagine! Fun for the kids to watch everyone making the signs in the factory below. We had a sign made with our last name on it and I am thrilled with it!! If you are in the area it's definitely worth stopping in to see! read more

This store and factory is fantastic! They recently enlarged the store providing more items and a bargain price section! The parking is huge and the entrance is like walking into a palace, complete with two grand staircases! Sorry I forgot to take pictures! They have a large comfortable place to sit inside the entrance! The store is on the second floor so you can look down through the many large windows throughout the well layer out store! You can ride the elevator just under the grand stairs or walk up the easy grand stairs to the store! The store is loaded with many home and business signs and many are Christian themes. Many funny items too throughout the store! People are very friendly and helpful! Paintings are beautiful and many subject including animals and scenery! Great gift items and even special gifts for pastors and ministers! If you cannot find what you want it might not exist yet! Ask them they do special requests too! Restrooms are clean and refreshing! They offer tours of their factory and facilities so be sure to ask or call ahead for a large group. Our group loved the place. We added it to a several stops day-trip and it was like icing on a cake! read more

If I could "love" P. Graham Dunn on their reviews I would. I ordered some of P. Graham Dunn items on Amazon and it was intercepted by a third party. I had previously ordered an item and got what I ordered. I ordered more and some how I got sent knock-offs/counterfeit items from the third party on Amazon. I immediately notified P. Graham Dunn that their items were being counterfeit on Amazon. P. Graham Dunn went above and beyond my expectation for help with this matter.. This company is amazing and who ever I talked to via Facebook Instant Messenger was very nice and understanding! Thank you so much P. Graham Dunn. Excellent customer service. Kudos!!! read more

A really nice store. This place isn't my taste but I have to admire the handicraft and artwork here. You can watch people making things here and they have some good deals on wood products. I do have one product from here in my house. They carve inspirational messages on a lot their work. It is a nice stop off of 30. I would recommend stopping in here if you have time because it is cool to see. Even if you aren't into woodworking. read more

Love this store! The artwork is fabulous! I shop at the Dalton factory store, as well as a local official dealer at Old Oak Bible Church in Middleburg Heights. I have four beautiful pieces in my living room, 2 in my bathroom, and another in my family room. The inspirational artwork is beautiful! They also carry artwork that does not have the scripture verses on them and they are great too! I get so many compliments on the artwork! Love it! read more

If I was to rate this store even 2 yrs ago it would have been a 2 stars. But lately they have brought in some great additions to the store making it interesting to all generations. They are also a force to be reckoned with when it comes to awesome free family fun events. read more

I absolutely love P. Graham Dunn!! I've been going there for several years now, back when they were in the old store. I am from mid-Michigan and would gladly make the trip down to Dalton just to go to P. Graham Dunn!. They are well worth the trip. I've bought many, many things and their personnel can't be beat. I would highly recommend this store and their products more than practically any other. Thanks Mr. Dunn. read more
