I think there was only one employee working when we visited and she greeted us when we entered and seemed very friendly, but not overbearing or ever hovering while we were browsing. It took us a while to make it through the store and I'm sure we didn't see everything. The selection was massive and I'm only docking the review a point because mostly everything seemed a little pricey. I'm not sure if the ornaments are imported or anything. But then she followed me around, complaining about the owners. Then my friend was buying a rag rug and the lady told her to make sure people take their shoes off. My friend said no, she was going to use it for an entry rug. Then the lady said my friend should switch to a black rug. My friend said no, she doesn't use black in decor. The lady said, "what is it that you aren't understanding?" in a scolding tone and then she kept giving my friend a hard time. Finally another group came in asking about patchouli and the lady was like "I have no idea what pa-what is" and started yet another uncomfortable interaction before getting rude again. I've never seen an employee be this weird in a shop. Cool shop otherwise.
