They serve fresh, home-made food from scratch each day, wok-style. Lettuce Wraps - their signature appetizer, shareable with well-seasoned minced chicken pieces cooked in sesame oil, garlic, and scallion...along with lettuce, rice sticks and dipping sauce, it's the right way to start a meal. Chang's Spicy Chicken - daughter's favorite, with flavorful chicken bites drenched in sweet & spicy chili sauce over rice...can be prepared gluten free. Crispy Honey Chicken - small chunks of breaded and fried chicken with a honey sauce over rice. Tastes okay, but be forewarned - most of the pieces amount to fried dough with very little chicken inside. That'll be a one-and-done for me, not much different than the 'InnovAsian' brand found in a store's frozen food section. Mongolian Beef - a glaze of sweetened soy, garlic, and green onion makes this quality dish stand out. The tender beef is tasteful and not overly chewy. Great Wall of Chocolate - decadent, large six layer chocolate cake with chocolate chips and chocolate frosting, garnished with fresh fruit and drizzle. They also offer it as a freebie for those dining on their birthday and bless their hearts...PF Chang's honors my birthday four or five times a year because we always seem to get a different waitress. ~~~shrug~~~ Prices are typical...maybe a couple/few dollars more for entrees than your local neighborhood Chinese restaurant but the food tastes good, there are comfortable booths, and the overall dining atmosphere makes PF Chang's a notch above with over 300 locations globally. We had a large group with reservations. As we began to arrive at our scheduled time, they would not seat us. Also many were happy with their meals. I was not. My meal was dry and I asked for a side of sauce and it was never brought to me, so I ended pouring soy sauce on my teriyaki in efforts to have moisture, which of course ruined my dishes original flavor. The food isn't satisfactory anymore. I used to dine here like every 2 weeks on payday after work. I used to enjoy their chicken lettuce wrap (they changed the lettuce to smaller size like endive, I missed the crunchiness and the big wraps.) My friend really wanted to try PF Chang so we went. Upon entering we were greeted right away. The entry way were clean, well decorated and spacious. We were seated within minutes in a comfortable booth Kyler greeted us and served us water. We were not ready to order so we asked for a few minutes longer. After perusing the menu, I decided on a bowl of wonton soup and it was written underneath that it serves up to 4 people. My friend ordered Orange chicken with a side of fried rice. However when my soup arrived it was in a small cup size bowl and I mentioned to our server that I expected a larger bowl. I did not even inquire about the price. Kyler apologized and brought me a full size bowl of wonton soup and told us the small bowl was on the house. Thank you for that Kyler. I appreciated the gesture. However being that I am Asian and had many wonton soup before this wonton soup tasted mediocre at best. The broth, the wonton, everything tasted like it came from a container or a jar. The shrimps were small, the chicken were dry despite it being a soup and it can use some more spinach and mushroom. My friend's orange chicken were tasty and portion were good but the fried rice was lacking the texture and flavor. It could've used more soy sauce, and more eggs. I ordered Key lime pie for dessert which came out looking and being more a key lime mouse but it was delicious!! It has just the right amount of sweetness, tartness but I was surprised it was more like a mouse cake rather than a pie. The venue is nice. Decor is nice, ambience is nice. I have been to Chang's once when friends invited me to the one at Paris Las Vegas. A friend asked me if I wanted to loin her for lunch and she suggested the PF Chang's on Rampart which is close to me. We met at 1 PM. My first time at this location. We looked at the choose your items lunch specials. We ended up starting with hot and sour soup, she got lettuce wraps with chicken for the main while I got Chang's spicy chicken. For dessert, she got choclate peanut butter cream pie and I got the Key lime pie. The soup was excellent. Rich base with a fine mixture of vegetables and tofu cubes. I had two of her lettuce wraps. She's had them before and she instructed me how to hold them properly. I had the spicy chicken and we both got white rice. The server mentioned that the chicken was a little spicy. When I told her I like a lot spicy, she noted it and said she'd have them make it more spicy. Great server! The lettuce wraps and the chicken were very good. My chicken had some very good zing to it. I had some leftover chicken from the lettuce wraps for lunch today. The lunch specials are a good value and a quite flavorful. The seating is pleasant and I was impressed with the lunch. Good food, decent service, and when you sit at the bar you usually don't have to wait for a table. Noodles, rice, appetizers, and main dishes are consistently good. Sometimes the Mongolian beef can be a little on the dry side but we began asking for extra sauce on the side so we just end up pouring it over everything. The food portions are generous and we always leave full. Service is ok but sometimes the bartenders disappear to the other side so waiting for refills can happen. I don't ever expect a lot from PF Changs, but I made a pretty simple order (GF Singaporean noodles with shrimp) and I got GF Singaporean noodles with CHICKEN and shrimp. Once I noticed the chicken (and confirmed with friends that was indeed chicken), I let the server know. She said I said chicken (which doesn't make sense as I haven't eaten chicken since 1999), I told her this, and she obviously got the shrimp so not sure where the chicken came from. Luckily, I wasn't that hungry to have eaten any (I would've been SO SICK!), but it was disappointing she didn't want to admit to her mistake (or apologize). Party of 8 went for my husband's birthday. The service was mid and the food looked good but was actually super bland. We thought Panda Express had more flavor. When my husband asked if they do anything for bdays the server said they had a selection of cakes available. My husband asked for red velvet and the server gives him the smallest cake ever for $5. I believe Amber was her name. She and her team took care of our party of nine with zero issues. Attentive. Friendly. Nice. Beer and a Japanese Old Fashioned. Ordered too much. Ended up taking it to go. Had something to snack on later. Was just as good when served fresh. The chicken that is. I inhaled the soup and beans at lunch. The inside of the restaurant doesn't remind me of a Chinese restaurant. I know it's supposed to be "fancy", but the vibe is for me came across like a setting trying to fit into the "Las Vegas" feel. Not a bad thing. Just not what I'm used to having spent a lot of time in China. Not sure why I'm bringing it up but just am. Not that it impacted how the experience was because it was great. We came in for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Our bartender Emily was super friendly and cheerful. My wife loved the Pink Lotus while i enjoyed the Ha Chi Pilsner Beer. For food, we ordered Lettuce Wraps and Orange Chicken. We also liked the $10 takeout option for Fried Rice; we brought that home for the kids. Came to PF Changs for a dinner date with my husband. Everything was great,service was fast and friendly. I normally get the honey shrimp however this time when I ordered it,it tasted like the spicy orange sauce and server had brought me another plate and it tasted the same. Unfortunately wasn't able to eat it. Server and service was good though. Guess they changed the sauce for that honey shrimp. UPDATE: I did leave a 5 star review do to the manager stepping up and making it right. The manager ended up taking off my honey shrimp bc I wasn't able to eat it and the shrimp was spicy instead of the sweet honey flavor. Recently visited P.F. Chang's to celebrate a birthday on Cinco De Mayo! Our server, Candace welcomed us with a huge smile, an infectious laugh, and a boundless joy I've not experienced in some time. She quickly took our order, and brought our beverages. We chose our favorite items to share as their portions are huge. We started with sizzling pan-fried dumplings, a crisp and flavorful cucumber salad with sesame seeds and a delicious marinade, and finished it with the best Kung Pao Chicken and white rice we have ever had. The savory combination of chicken, peanuts, red chili, celery and their special brown sauce took this dish over the moon. Candace, our server, surprised us with a birthday dessert (chocolate peanut butter pie), lit candle included, which topped off the BEST meal I've ever enjoyed at PF Chang's. Run, don't walk to P.F. Today's dining experience at PF Chang's has been one of the very worst I've ever had. I noticed straightaway that the quality of their food has gone down significantly. The P.F. Chang's I used to know seems to be long gone. I decided to order one of my favorite dishes which is the sweet-and-sour chicken but sadly there was hardly any chicken in it. Most of my dish was more breading than chicken and I ended up picking my plate apart to try to find some chicken meat. Not only was there hardly any chicken but was way overcooked and slapping extra sauce on there didn't make it any better. I kind of wonder if they think that people will not notice these kinds of changes in the food. I'm not quite sure what happened but either their recipe has changed or their new cooks don't know what the heck they are doing. I'm so beyond disappointed and desperately want to forget this horrible meal ever happened. I strongly recommend y'all stay away from this joint. I chose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with family members, because of its tofu options. For an appetizer, I had the Veggie Lettuce Wraps made with tofu. For an entree, I had the Mongolian Tofu, which was too similar to the appetizer. The option to have brown rice instead of white rice was not available. Therefore, not a great choice for folks who follow a healthy plant-based diet. You can do better at an upscale Thai restaurant. Better yet, Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum, if everyone in your group is okay with that. The Rising Dragon margarita was good. The dessert menu had no vegan options, which is the case at restaurants in general. That said, the Banana Spring Rolls and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie were good, but nothing to write home about. read more

I am absolutely horrified by my experience. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. I was served spoiled wine and rotten salmon--yes, ROTTEN. The fish literally reeked of something foul the second it hit the table. Not even exaggerating--it smelled like it had been sitting in a hot dumpster. It was slimy, grayish, and the odor was so putrid I nearly gagged before even taking a bite. I foolishly tried one piece and instantly regretted it. It was sour, fishy in the worst way possible, and felt like chewing decay. I couldn't even swallow it. As if that wasn't enough, the wine they served me was clearly spoiled--tasted vinegary and flat, like it had been open for days, if not weeks. I genuinely feel sick to my stomach and cannot believe this was even allowed to leave the kitchen. The fact that they served this to a paying customer is outrageous. We visited as a large group, mostly veterans, and the service experience wasn't great. Given the size of our party and the need for two large tables, we all anticipated delays would occur, but the level of disorganization was disappointing. Both our drink and food orders were mixed up, several drinks were forgotten, and others were incorrect. It appeared that the staff was attempting to rush the service, which led to confusion in managing the orders. When the food & drinks came, the servers were unsure who ordered which items, and they were talking over the restaurant noise to figure out the correct orders, which created a more chaotic atmosphere. Two servers were assigned to our table after we had informed the restaurant in advance, there was a noticeable difference in the quality of service between them. The male server, whom I believe was named Jesse(????), was friendly & patient, but the female server seemed frustrated and impatient. At one point, she even expressed dissatisfaction, blaming "Jesse" for an error with an ice request in one of the drinks, saying, "I told him no ice! Ugh. He is new!" They even spilled sauce on the coat of one of our friends & didn't say anything until someone noticed & brought it to the managers attention. The manager was accommodating. She said she would pay the dry cleaning bill. While I understand the challenges of handling a large group, the rushed approach seemed to contribute to the issues, resulting in mixed-up orders and slower-than-expected service. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered the fried rice, but it tasted overly sweet and mushy, more like boiled rice with sugar and soy sauce. Came here for a late lunch early dinner and were seated right away. Staff were friendly and explained the menu. We ordered the cranberry mojito which was light and refreshing. We shared the pork dumplings which were yummy and the dynamite shrimp yum. We had to ask for plates to share these items. For my main I had the chicken lettuce wraps and the edges of the lettuce were brown. It came with a peanut sauce that was okay. Spouse had the Chang's spicy chicken with an upcharge side of noodles. PF Chang's is officially back! PF Chang's has come a LONG way from the rough post-COVID days, and we are so happy to say it's back on our hot spot rotation. The turnaround has been impressive. The bartenders, Emily and Paula, are an amazing team. They craft some of the best cocktails around, paying close attention to detail with every order. More than that, they genuinely make you feel at home--welcoming, attentive, and warm every single visit. The food is back to what it was years ago--fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. We absolutely love the vegan lettuce wraps, and the new menu is a great value, including a 3-course meal for $17.99. The staff was also incredibly helpful in suggesting options to keep the breading off chicken dishes, which we really appreciated. Manager Beth has been lovely to work with and clearly supports her staff while running a tight ship. You can feel the positive energy--it shows in the service, the food, and the overall experience.
