My husband was offered quite a bit of help at this store! He purchased a computer and seems quite happy with it!

One said I could come by anytime and "maybe they could do it while I waited" but wouldn't let me make an appointment. I called Experimac, spoke with Noel. He said, "sure, come on over". I went in with my replacement battery. They replaced it. Showed me the old one. Charged a very minimal service charge. They were very polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

But wanted to update that a few days ago (7 months later) , I got an email from apple stating activation lock is requesting my password for that old phone. They never gave me my phone back and said they give them to a company to dispose of phone. I did call to ask why I'd be getting this and he just kept telling me there's no way they got the phone on and that's all he can tell me. Told me told call Apple, I just don't know what they'd be able to tell me? He got kind of defensive because I was asking why I would get this email. I was just trying to understand it. I got on iCloud and set to erase if it's ever turned on, just hoping it's enough that they don't get any information off that phone, seems like someone's trying to get into it (even if not turned on). I'd ask to keep old electronics and destroy yourself. Writing this here just so owner knows this happened, especially if the company they are using isn't supposed to be doing anything with these phones besides destroying them.

She even prevented me from having to go back to my service provider to finish it off! As an older person, I am over the moon when someone with technical knowledge treats me with respect. It should be a teaching moment, not a ridicule! Derricka was very patient in guiding me through the process, and handled my many questions with tactful kindness! She's a keeper!

I had to drive over an hour to return it and was so upset over Best Buys lack of accountability for not evening checking or testing the product which screwed over the next guy, ie me. I asked if they could make this right for wasting my time with a plus one or an extra and they said no. I asked them, "are you sure because I don't feel like I want to be a customer here anymore after this experience", and the person told me "that's ok". This review is for everyone reading it, Best Buy doesn't want you as a customer. I will no longer ever make a purchase at any Best Buy for the rest of my life.

An order was placed online for a sign to be printed late yesterday. Around noon today, we called…read morefor an update and were rudely advised that we would receive a text. When I asked for a time frame to ensure I was available for pickup, I was again rudely told I would get a text. I requested a specific time, but the staff refused and said by 6pm, which is after business hours. I then requested a supervisor, but they hung up on me after I asked. This is not the first time this has happened. The store is very empty, and no one is available to assist. The print department is grossly understaffed, leading to long wait times. I would not return, as I believe this location will not be around much longer. It's really a shame.

Extremely lack luster concern for customer support. Scenario, sister with Diabetes had one of those last minute "have to go" or it will be a mess moments and the attendant at the register and one of the floor agents (chatting it up with fellow employees and not walking the floors to see if customers need assistance) when I approached them about unlocking the bathrooms those lack luster employees approached the office to ask permission for my sister to use their restroom but he comes out and says they about of order but I asked if they were truly out of service since my sister has diabetes and has to go so he walks back into the office and after 3min (every second counts) then a different person walks out, walks in a horseshoe and looks at the back wall but never approaches my sister or myself but shrugs her shoulders and goes to the cashier smiles and giggles a lil and walks away and then the initial employee walks out of that same office and she whispers something to him and they both giggle a lil and shrug their shoulders And the he states that nope we cannot open but can go to Firehouse subs bathroom. Now if you bathrooms were down truly, I would have been approached or my sister would have been approached from that lack luster and I dare say pathetic level of service set of employees - if they are truly down it would have been seconds seconds to say unfortunately they are down and we do apologize but offer some Level of concern but to shrug and giggle at someone else's misfortune of having a disease that sometime has spontaneous consequences. Corporate - these so called employees are killing your business. You are losing revenue shares and business to other supply stores due to their nonchalant personalities. Do you want to know why you have an empty store - your employees are running your operation into the ground. Shrug their shoulders and giggle all they want.... I once shopped here a lot, even passing up other stores and paid more for goods and services when your employees cared. These employees you have know stink.
