We get T.V.s, from washer machines, to air conditioner, etc. We always come here as well because of the good prices and the extra warranty you can buy. They do honor those to. I initially went to PC Richards in Yonkers and did not love the salesperson who was helping me (condescending). However, I still liked the products I picked out so when I came home I called the location in the BX to find out about ordering 3 appliances (stove, fridge and dishwasher). I worked with Moshe throughout the entire process up until delivery and he has been amazing the entire time, even proving his personal cell number to contact him more easily. I felt comfortable throughout and it was all due to Moshe's level of customer service and follow up. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future needs I have. read more

Also I told him that I have a budget. He told me about the employee Pricing Event, he said that will help me stay on budget. This not the best PC Richards at all. The staff are all talking amongst each other and scrolling through Instagram. I was waiting to be helped to purchase a 50" TV and knew which one I wanted so I just needed to someone to get it. I waited like 15 minutes for anyone to come. It was weird because some were on their iPhones and others were overwhelmed with other customers. I was very disappointed that after I bought it I found it online way cheaper. It seems the staff here is there to show off their haircuts than to help shoppers. They do offer "price match" but its only when they HAVE the the item. THEY DONT CARRY MUCH. You would think in the age of Internet ... Brick and mortar stores would step up their game to compete with the online monsters. Can't stop shopping at this place.. I use them for all my electronic needs all the time. However, I found out they sell mattresses now!! Let me tell you, I am now proud owner of an amazing Stearns and Foster bed. I had bought an audio receiver a few days before and the sales rep (whose name I can't remember) said he would give us the remote to go with it, but did not. The sales rep who helped me the second time around, I think his name was Andrew, was very helpful and attentive and helped me find a remote that would go with my receiver since the one it's paired with was out of stock. Purchased an HP laptop a little before Christmas 2016, after making another purchase for the holidays. I've always heard good things about PC Richards and my grandmother always gets her appliances from here so I figured they were a trusted brand... man was I wrong! The HP purchase was solely for college use as I'm entering into grad school and needed a reliable lightweight computer. I didn't use the laptop for about a month after the purchase and the first time I did use it I was just browsing the web and playing with the features. Touch screen, back light on keyboard, etc. Fast forward a few weeks after, the computer was super slow, laggy, and wouldn't connect to my wifi to save its life! I took it back to PC Richard around the first week of march and the lady who helped me couldn't get the computer to connect to their wifi either. So she gave me a slip took some info from me and said she'll send it out for servicing. Turnaround time 6-10 business days.... got a call about a week later that my pc was ready for pickup. Took it home and it was running smooth again. About 2 days later, I tried downloading the web browsers I need to run certain programs for school. Chrome (FAILED to download) Mozilla(FAILED to download) EXPLORER(FAILED to download) at this point I was enraged because now it's time for midterms and this computer is a piece of Sh*t! I call customer service and their phone is suddenly disconnected. I spoke to a lady who sounded as if she had a damn attitude and when I expressed how I felt she brushed it off like it wasn't that serious. Long story short I had to send this computer out again for servicing. My 8 year old ACER laptop is more reliable than this fancy piece of junk! And the manager "Larry" is an a**hole a sarcastic dick! He talks over you and tells you "I'm not gonna exchange a computer without knowing what the issue is, and he loves to say "you're not getting your money back." I'll never purchase another appliance or refer anyone else to this store! Never in a million years! Their customer service sucks too! read more

I walk into PC Richards and as soon as I walk in I get the awesome greating that I didnt get at any of the other stores. I go in ask for a shredder and there you go they had it.
