Please unless u have pure gold don't waste your time coming.here. Even so they only going to give u a 3rd of the value of the gold and if u sell it they only going to give 10 percent more very poor establishment. If they not poor then they are crooks facts. God bless ur pockets if u go there. The manager is down low and judgemental. They next higher up looks like he farts all.day in his seat and rolls every where he goes he never gets his biggy self off the chair big facts. Value urself and just go to another pawn shop where u can actually get what ur stuff is worth. God bless whoever walks into this place. I'm pretty sure everyone that works there is family or is getting minimum wage. They going to get u bad trust me.and go to any other of the hundreds of pawn shops in the Bronx read more

Poor cheap crooks and they judge people I been going here for 3 years. Just don't waste ur time.I still got a pair of sneakers pawned here but little they know when I get them out they lost my business forever. If anyone has a brain and reads this u know they are a bad pawn shop if I don't want to go there anymore after 3 years. I promise that u will get more bang for your buck any other pawn shop u go too even a small mom and pops pawn shop has more bank and professionalism then this fake ass GEMS. This gems compared to.the other gems I did business with in NC is ruining the brands reputation simple and plain read more

They treat people like ALL customers are crackheads. The dude by the door is rude and makes deleterious comments under his lascivious breathe when he feels he is doing business with black and brown people. The black and brown who work there act as a "JayZ" buffer for their less than reputable business practices just like the Barclays! This isn't 1960 NY bruh! Seller Beware! read more

Nice establishment clerk was very professional and efficient. A little bit slow for my fast pace persona. However I do understand the thorough look through with my items. I've been going here for years and I never felt any disgrace or judgement for coming in. The clerk was so gracious to me. Best place to go trust me you won't regret it. I wish I could give a million stars. read more
