I've engaged P&T Structural Landscaping several times over the course of years and properties. Paul is great at talking the talk. We engaged them to install some retaining walls, boundary hedge and paving area for the first property. The water main to the house was cut, the gas pipe punctured. Had multiple issues with the paving... In their defense they did come back to rectify. They built a timber retaining at the back of another place and within months the wall was leaning over and displacing. After many, many phone calls and messaging to him and threating legal we got a response. Several visit by management of P&T Structural Landscaping and countless promises failed to fix the problem.... Good money spent with them was lost and in the skip bin as was their wall. read more

Very disappointing! They still haven't finished our job 11 months on, even after taking progress payments in advance! Extremely upsetting! In good faith paid money up front, now he won't answer my emails or return phone calls to schedule completion of the job. Turned up here & there, took so long to do what they actually did complete, but didn't do the work to our satisfaction, even broke things & didn't repair nor clean up afterwards. Never expected that they would take our money & disappear without completing the work! Beware, will give you all the excuses for not turning up of being sick or having to go to hospital or going away or anything to get out of doing the work. Such a shame, as we were really patient with them as we thought they were going to be better than this unfortunate outcome... now have to find another person to finish our job! read more

I've engaged P&T Structural Landscaping several times because they are honest, reliable and professional. The quality of their work is high. They have built one boundary fence - great job. They repaired a fence that was destroyed in a storm - because it was a risk to property, the boys came out and did it straight away. I got them to replace and repair paving - this saved me money and removed a trip hazard. Because of overhanging branches the boys removed two trees from my yard. They dealt with council for approval so I didn't have to do anything. I will continue to use P & T Structural Landscaping for all my trade style works. All work completed over the years have been completed as per contract. Have recommended P & T to several people - all are very satisfied. read more

Scammer and liar. Had us undertake work on his behalf, never paid us just strung us along with lie after lie about either paying, paying to the wrong account, paying the next day, week etc. Then told us his wife had cancer, also claims his daughter was killed in an accident? Not sure what is worse, if he lies about these things or if it they are true and he uses them as excuses to get out of paying his bills. Best to spend your money elsewhere or you may find yourself tangled up in his web of debts and construction can be a dirty industry. read more

Disgusted & Steer Clear! There seems to be a trend here with this company and not a good one. We supplied product in good faith with a promise of payment via EFT or credit card for a total of four invoices - needless to say we are still chasing. It is more than disappointing, it is disgusting and dishonest. Would not recommend anybody employ their services or supply them with product. Be very wary. This man took a very large deposit from me and I spent the next 5 months trying to get him to do the work (which he originally estimated as around a week's work). He failed to give me a contract in a reasonable time and when he did, he didn't stick to the dates in the contract. When he eventually did show up (an couple of hours here, a couple of hours there over several weeks), he did a very unsatisfactory job. He didn't get anywhere near finishing in a reasonable timeframe and I now have to pay someone else to finish the job and rectify the work he did do. It was a very upsetting and stressful experience and he gives his profession a bad name. read more

It is almost 2 years in Dec and my front fencing modular wall is still half finished. Two side gates, privacy screens and paving/retaining wall still left uncompleted. He took progress payments in advance and never show up for more than 20 days for work in 2 years. Keep calling and texting but only respond if you threaten to contact Fair trading. Now waiting to tribunal's assistance to sort the money out. read more
