On Tuesday I contacted John and he said there would be $360 for the come out and ininital inspection. The invoice was not received on Wednesday so I called him on Thursday to chase up. He eventually sent the invoice at the end of the day and I paid for it. I am serious about the inspection and I am not after free lunch. I also double confirmed with him that he would come between 12 and 2pm as I have other schedule afterwards. On Friday 12:40 he texted me saying stuck with work and 1 hr away, asking if still ok. I called back and found out it was impossible for him to make it even I waited till 2:30pm. He offered to come "first thing tomorrow". I agreed. On Saturday, instead of 9am he promised, he texted at 8:50 saying 10am. Yet at 10:15 still no sign of him. I rang him and literally asked where he was. To my surprise he took a huge deal of if and blamed me to be rude. I pointed out that it was even more rude and unacceptable to be late for the appointment, twice in a row, and when the customer paid $360 for it. He then became defensive and used excuses such as family issue, "we are not machine" blah blah blah. He clearly doesn't care that the customer also has family, and has wasted time simply because he didn't show up. If a business constantly doesn't keep their time promise is bad enough to avoid dealing with, then combined with a terrible attitude is worth alerting others.

John Anogianakis discussed options on what he could do and supplied us with several quotations to suit our cost budget also supplied a structural engineer to over look the work to completion. Engineers report with drawing and progress photos of work to completion was supplied. On completion of all work they cleaned up work areas and driveway. We engaged them to install some retaining walls, boundary hedge and paving area for the first property. The water main to the house was cut, the gas pipe punctured. Had multiple issues with the paving... In their defense they did come back to rectify. They built a timber retaining at the back of another place and within months the wall was leaning over and displacing. After many, many phone calls and messaging to him and threating legal we got a response. Several visit by management of P&T Structural Landscaping and countless promises failed to fix the problem.... Good money spent with them was lost and in the skip bin as was their wall.

Very disappointing! They still haven't finished our job 11 months on, even after taking progress…read morepayments in advance! Extremely upsetting! In good faith paid money up front, now he won't answer my emails or return phone calls to schedule completion of the job. Turned up here & there, took so long to do what they actually did complete, but didn't do the work to our satisfaction, even broke things & didn't repair nor clean up afterwards. Never expected that they would take our money & disappear without completing the work! Beware, will give you all the excuses for not turning up of being sick or having to go to hospital or going away or anything to get out of doing the work. Such a shame, as we were really patient with them as we thought they were going to be better than this unfortunate outcome... now have to find another person to finish our job!
