Do you want to have to deal with your builder's fraud against you, their client ? Do you want your builder to actively lie to you, their client ? Do you want to have to deal with extremely poor workmanship and your builder has to be forced to correct ? Do you want to deal with a builder who doesn't care about going overtime on their contract ? If you are stupid enough to answer YES to any of the above, sure go ahead and use ADDBUILD But be warned before you sign anything to get your own solicitor/lawyer to go over their contract with a fine tooth comb.

They have taken more than a year for my 2nd story extension, they promised it would be finished before my family arrived from oversea. THEY LIED. The work is still not finished and we are still waiting for this company to return our phone calls. We have had there trades people knocking on our door for money, because they are not paying them. After charging us more money and threatening us they will stop work, while the water was leaking through the roof on to the first floor, I have there trades asking me to pay Addbuilds bill.
