They cannot supply what they promised. Send shoddy workers and unqualified trades people to instal their products. Take your money on another item and then don't even bother to instal the product. When you ring up to ask where the product is and why hasnt it been installed 8 weeks after payment. I get told i am a whinger and nothing but trouble. Oh it goes on and on. I ask for my money back and then get told it takes 2 weeks and will be via cheque. I said but I paid by credit card why cannot you process it. They state as soon as they take the order it then goes to head office. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. GO ELSEWHERE.
