The service,workmanship & attitude from this business is appalling.They offer a 12 year warranty but do not honour it as George the tradesman & his wife say it is Selleys who gives the warranty as they use their premium products.I have contacted Selleys on numerous occasions & have been expertly informed that the tradesman uses a cheap product that has limited little or no warranty,he also does not appear to do the correct preparation & cleaning by his own admission.The silicone comes away within the first week of use & this allows unsightly toxic mould to grow underneath the silicone.George the tradesman who did the work & wife (business partner) then blame this on you.Honestly silicone should last more than a week.What a sad unprofessional way to treat honest,trustng, paying customers.AVOID,AVOID,AVOID.Also George himself admitted whilst he was in my home to fix problems (which he did not & would not fix), that he did NOT do the repairs that he said he did & I had paid for.So now I am left with an unusable bathroom & have contacted Fair Trading tribunal & in the process of lodging application.George & wife are so nice to get your business then turn quite nasty,do not return phone calls & hang up on you (great way to run a business)George became very verbally abusive on last visit & I have numerous witnesses to attest to this.Please feel free to contact me for further information.Also if you are checking out other sites & see great reviews be aware that I believe a lot of these reviews may have been posted by Georges family members.Not a true nor honest indication.I personally have found this company to be very dishonest & George (who does the work) to be quite abusive & intimidating.This is an accurate & real review,if you want to see photos of the bad work that George the tradesman left me with please ask,I just do not want another person to be treated unfairly by this company.I have actually been in contact with other persons who had the same thing happen to them.I do not wish this company any illwill,I just would have liked the problems to have been fixed in an honest & professional business manner.I also do not appreciate mistruths about myself being told to third parties.Apparently the wife of tradesman is trying to have negative reviews taken down & possibly even having other positive ones put up.I am sorry but this is the entire truth as happened in my situation.This business needs to stop telling mistruths to third parties about this job that was incorrectly done,NOT fair as I did not take your money,YOU took mine. read more
