My requests were ignored or I was just told they were busy. It finally arrived March 12. The quality is very poor - the faces look nothing like the picture I submitted - and slightly damaged. Now I own a damaged, double-headed bobble head that looks like no one we know. Avoid.

I call daily - get the same feedback every day that it will ship within 24-48 hours. This is a small order - a small canvas print (single) that has them all twisted up.
