They claim to be able to seal your shower so that any leaks that are there will be gone without removing tiles or rewaterproofing. They tell you when you book them that they will check your eligibility (ie if their seal can fix the leak) before they start the job and if you are eligible they do it on the spot. I got them in, they said they could do it, they spent a few hours here and left with the cash payment that they requested in order for me to get a 10% discount. Two days later (the amount of time they told me to keep the shower dry) when I used the shower the leaks were still there. When I called them the woman that answers the phone was very short and disinterested and told me that there was an appointment a week away and that I could take it or leave it. When I told her that a week was too long she hung up on me. I had to call her back and accept the week wait - not once an apology or any sort of interest in the lack of service provided. Today they came back to redo it and they tell me that it is in fact a leaking pipe so now I have to get in a plumber and take out the tiles and replace the pipe which means that the seal that I have just paid for will be useless. When I asked the technician why he had not used his meter on the pipes before he did the job he tried to lie and say that he could not remember as he does so many showers. I believe that they take a chance and seal the shower, take the money and then hope that you don't call them again. I have no recourse now as if I want a refund they will "come and rip out any seal they have put in" to quote the creature that answers the phone. As I tried to point out the prospect of anyone "ripping" anything out of my bathroom is not a pleasant one and I am not prepared to take the chance that they don't do further damage.

We even replaced agents a few times, to no avail. They were all some heinous mix of incompetent, unprofessional and agenda-driven. Never again.

They told the landlord that we had said we were moving out without paying the early leaving penalty, when we hadn't said anything like that. They were telling the landlord one thing, then telling us something completely different. The landlord complained to them about it having taken so long to sort the leaks out and their reply was "Well, you're free to leave us and find someone else." They also said that we were using the leaks as an afterthought excuse to get out of the lease, when the leaks that we had told them about and they did not fix were the sole reason in the first place for us deciding to move out. Very ordinary bunch. Shit house, even.
