Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. We put blue tape on everything that stays (after packing some boxes). Everything else on the floor? BOOM! it was gone! I still have more "stuff" I can get rid of in those boxes.
